So beautiful but falling apart on inspection after unpacking

I WANTED to keep this luggage, it is SO gorgeous. I read some reviews and decided to open each suitcase and inspect. The 20" first. The liner was "split" or open to the outside of the suitcase. It had a zipper which zipped from underneath. I gently zipped this opening and as I did the entire zipper came away from the liner. That was enough for me. I knew when I opened them that the set was not durable enough but was willing to keep it and take a chance because it looks absolutely perfect. NOT worth it, so sad! The handles ARE wobbly as stated in other reviews, the zippers appear flimsy...no TSA lock as on most any other model (I never noticed it didn't have one when I ordered). Also many new sets have dual wheels at each corner for easy rolling, this set had one. If I was only traveling via car or train I MIGHT have kept it but after the inside ripping apart before I even used it I doubt it would hold up very long at the airlines...we all know how they toss our luggage. Kensie...SO CLOSE! What a shame cause it is, as I said, gorgeous

Cute but not durable

The luggage set is super glam. I've had mine for a month and already the wheel popped off, yes the wheel! The only thing I can do is repurchase it or buy another set from a different brand. Again, super gorgeous but if you travel alot I'm not sure if this brand will last.

Worth the price

Held up great in the airport . Very stylish & came assembled in 1 box . Shipped fast . Very happy with my purchase . I’ll be betting the black set next . Look no further If you need stylish , durable suit cases for travel. The wheels gave me no issues .

Wanted to love them but fell short

These are genuinely the most beautiful luggage I've ever seen so I was incredibly excited when I found them. Unfortunately, when they arrived I was very disappointed with how difficult the wheels were to maneuver. They required a lot of effort to move, and with needing to lug them around Europe for 2 weeks - they just didn't live up to my standards so I returned them. The wheels were really the only issue so if you don't mind pushing/pulling a little extra then these should would greatly for you. Would love to see these get upgraded wheels!!

Looks good, but low quality

Very pretty, but zips are weak and case has multiple chips after one domestic flight

They’re okay

They’re really pretty but I hd problems rolling them. For example… The biggest one was filled to 31 pounds on my most recent trip to Paris and it would be hard to roll. The plastic would start to bend in and sometimes the wheels wouldn’t move because it’ll feel like the contents were too heavy for the wheels if u know what I mean. So with it being 2 of us and 6 suitcases, it made traveling kind of hard due to the issue with the wheels.

They're okay.

First owning a hard luggage set. I'm a travel nurse so I do travel quite a bit. Pros: pretty sturdy, expandable, light weight. Cons: outside of it scratches easily. Harder for me to organize things due to the spit dimensions
