Classy coat!

I love it! Did make one change. ( I sew) I changed the closure to a dressy black buckle looks classy! love, love it!

Very large- I'm using it as my cheap maternity coat!!

This very well made coat runs very large indeed, I agree with the other reviewer- I myself intend on using it as a maternity coat!! I really appreciated the other reviewers description of the fit as "maternity" because that's something I will need this winter (stashing it in the closet for now, due to the low price it's at!!) and a maternity coat is something I really don't want to spend a lot of money on. It really flares out at the bottom and is very generously cut, kinda billows out like an A-line swing coat . So if you like your coats very loose or are perhaps in need of a cheap maternity coat, for a mere $12 the quality is great, I bought the XL. The texture of the wool is akin to a boiled wool, not sure if it's boiled wool, but that's the texture. I really dislike fuzzy, furry wool coats, so the boiled, pressed texture is really preferred for me. I gave the coat 5 stars for great quality and great price, however, if you are looking for something form fitting, this is not it. The picture does not convey the actual fit.

Nice, Fits as Expected.

I think that previous reviewers must have gotten a mis-labeled product. I was really concerned about the size when I ordered this coat that the large would be ridiculously huge on me but when it arrived it fit perfectly! Roomy enough for winter clothes underneath but not huge. I am 5'3" and about 140lb. I just had a baby and I'm nursing so I wanted a coat that was flattering in the tummy area, not too tight across the chest, and didn't have a bunch of buttons to fiddle with. The coat I received is, when laid flat and measured, is apx 20.5" across the bust, 17" in the waist, and 24" in the hips. The fabric has a nice feel and has a nice weight to it. The buckle at the waist is a little lightweight for it but there are some snaps on the inside to help hold it together. They feel a bit lightly tacked on and may need to be reinforced after a season of use bit over all I am satisfied with this coat and would recommend it!

Perfect Feminine Sophisticated Coat

I got this coat as a gift. This is a beautiful, sophisticated feminine looking skirted coat. It has right sized, shawl collar which creates a really pulled together look. The coat is a medium thickness, so it does keep the chill away. A very easy wear and comfortable coat . The extra small (I'm 5'6 110) is a perfect fit on me. Now, boiled wool is one of things, that can collect fuzzy balls if it not mixed with right fiber content. Luckily, this boiled wool has the right fiber mix and does not get fuzzy balls.
