Keeping it for a spare.

This is very nice at an unbelievably low price, but a couple of things could be upgraded. Firstly it was about an inch and a 1/2 shorter than the one it was replacing. Second, the metal arm inside only has one hole. I know that's how it's shown on Amazon, but on other sites the same item is shown with multiple holes to attach the flapper chain. I took a chance hoping it would be what I saw elsewhere, but no, it only has one hole. I installed the new one and it worked fine by adding a bit of chain I had from an unused flapper. In taking out the old brass handle, which looks perfect but for some reason lately has been hard to flush, I saw that there was some gook and dirt on the inside. I took it apart, cleaned it very well, took out the new one and re-installed the old one. It's actually working better and I'm so glad because the old brass handle is a bit prettier than this one. But I'm still glad I purchased it because it is polished brass which is not a very popular color choice any more and not easy to come by. And the price was fantastic. So, when and if the old one stops working altogether, I have a very lovely spare - all ready to go Who knows whether by the time it needs to be replaced there will even be any polished brass handles that would fit

Great Quality and Looks But With a Minor Issue

I bought a Kohler Cimarron toilet and it came with a shiny chrome flushing lever. We're redoing the bathroom with brushed nickel, so I bought this lever which is meant to be specifically for that toilet. It looks great, and the quality is outstanding. So why a four-star rating instead of a five-star? Right behind the handle is a plastic piece that fits snugly into the handle and also into a square hole on the toilet tank which allows the lever assembly to fit flush and snugly with the tank. However, the square piece behind the handle that is supposed to fit into the square hole was just a little too big and wouldn't fit. So then I got the bright idea of using the plastic piece that came with the handle that was on the new toilet. And though this piece fit perfectly into the square hole on the tank, it was too big to fit into the handle. After I calmed down from this totally unnecessary frustration I was forced to endure, I decided to use a box cutter to trim ever so slightly the square part that was slightly too big to fit into the tank hole. After that, installation was a cinch. Why the specs for the flushing lever were slightly different between the one Kohler installed on their toilet and the OEM part I received from Amazon beats me. But all's well that ends well, so I still recommend this product.

Shiny brass-not brushed brass

Not installed yet so cannot speak to the stability or ease of installation yet. Looks durable and nearly matches my other hardware. Finding a brushed gold toilet handle seemed impossible…this was the next best thing

Looks good, works well

Actually used this to dress up an American Standard commode vs the brand it was intended for. Looks awesome; the lever has some extra play but nothing that prohibits use or efficacy.

Easy upgrade!

This gold handle is high quality and looks great! Super easy to install, took maybe a minute with removing the old handle. Such a cute update for any bathroom!
