Wanted to like it

What a pain. I knew it only worked with handheld shower heads, which we have. The filter is so long that hits our shower insert. These means we are unable to adjust the shower head down. We looked at options to fix it but the only way was to replace the shower arm. Installing was kind of a pain too. The filter kept making a whistle sound. Had to make so many adjustments for this filter. It looks nice but in the end returned it because I didn’t want time replace the shower arm. We have the one that’s slightly bent and we have a shower insert. This probably wouldn’t have been an issue if we had tile or something else. Although the insert only stands out about an inch or so. Used the shower filter a few times but the frustration of the shower head aiming so high made it difficult to enjoy the shower. There was no water pressure loss which says a lot as I live in California and we strict water pressure restrictions.

Scalp and skin issues resolved.

Our contractor and I planned the hand held shower (by the shower seat) to include this filter. We had a round fat unit in our old tub/shower head and it interfered with putting the hose back on the mount, and it was too fat and round to work in new shower system. There was no extra Kohler cartridge in our package either. And I do not see it available at Amazon. An ER doctor said we needed this filter to deal with our skin and scalp issues and he was right. So fat we love this filter.

Easy installation

This was easy to install, however it is a lot bigger than I thought it was and I should have paid attention to the dimensions. Overall, I like the design and I'm happy with my purchase.

the water filtration works but

my hair looks great saw results within a few days, the concern I have and my plumber has it the following; it is only made for certain shower heads, as a consumer my thought of what a held shower head is compared to their industry buzz words are different. The unit is way too long for most shower heads, my plumber had to create his own design to make this work. If you view the other shower filtrations they are all round to not create too much length on the shower head. The design is poor and the description on their website is poor for your average customer, the water filtration does work. The refills are pricey.

Everyone needs one of these filters!!

I absolutely recommend this filter! I finally have my hair back I can’t believe it! We have well water and it made my hair such an ugly color and texture and it wouldn’t do anything.. and I usually have nice hair. I kept thinking.. I need a haircut or maybe I need highlights... but truly all I needed was this filter! I have never written a review.. but I couldn’t help myself on this one .. that’s how pleased I am ????

Wow, filters out chlorine and doesn’t slow down water flow

I’ve had this a few days now and I already can tell a difference in how my skin feels, this thing is amazing. I’ve had shower filters before but they always slowed down water flow too much to keep, but this does the job and doesn’t slow the flow. Two thumbs way up, if you’re in the market for a shower filter stop looking and buy this one.

missing replacement filter

Overall I am pleased with the product and its chlorine filtering performance. However, the Amazon posting stated there is a replacement filter. That is not true. Furthermore, Amazon does not offer replacement filters for this product. Forcing those who bought it to shop else ware for replacement filter cartridges.

Cheaper alternative worked better.

After 3 weeks of use this filter is kaput. The Chlorine is burning my eyes, my hair feels brittle and my skin is already drying out again. Although this filter is easy to install, doesn't leak and looks beautiful--the actual filter life is very short. Maybe the manufacturer will improve the quality of the associated filter soon.

No replacement filter included as advertised

Super easy to install. Looks nice and fits perfect with my Kohler Shower head. I was disappointed that there is no replacement filter included as they are difficult to get. My understanding of the description was that you get the unit complete with filter as well as a replacement filter. Other than that it's a great product so far

Filter installs in minutes and fits with aesthetics of shower

Filter was installed a couple of weeks ago. Waiting to see if the quality of water helps with skin and hair.
