Not durable

This is the second toilet seat we’ve had because when guests come over if they don’t sit squarely on the seat their weight breaks the plastic. I know that sounds crazy but you would think they would make a sturdier toilet seat. This is ridiculous! Bring back the old wooden seats.

Great if installed properly.

Minor error in installation led to major disappointment and frustration. Simple add to directions would have made all the difference. Black gasket was installed upside down, seat would not stay latched to toilet. Once fixed, no problem.

I ordered one that was too dark.

Much darker than I wanted. I know it would fit because I have the toilet that it was made for. I gave it to goodwill and plan to order a white one. Thank you, Steven Harris

Perfect color and fit.

I liked the fit and the color matched perfectly. The shape of the toliet made installation of the seat cover difficult.

Doesn’t work well with bidet but good quality

We have an attached bidet on our toilet and the way this seat is held on doesn’t work well with it. Got additional bumpers to see if it helps. Love it other than that!

Missing parts, but, hopefully, straightened out now.

Initially had Missing parts. Chatted with Kohler and hope the parts are on the way. The Customer Service experience was not as onerous as I was dreading; went fairly well.

I have had this seat for about 2 years. The original seat we ordered did not arrive in original packaging and was missing parts. Amazon replaced quickly, but I shouldn't have to tell Amazon not to ship toilet seats without original packaging. It fit the elongated bowl well. It is a little flimsy as the undersie of the seat is concave or recessed to save material in the manufacturing process. My biggest reason for rating 1 star is the manufacturing flaw. I did not originally notice the crack when received, possibly due yo the thunder grey color, but the underside back of the seat has a crack at the mold seam at the very back of the seat. The seam can be seen from the top of the seat, and the crack is immediately under that seam. I am betting other owners seats have developed similar cracks. It may have come with that original crack, or the polymers from which the seat was injection molded may be contracting as the polymer plastcizers out gas. Or it may simply be that the seat is too weakly designed to survive very long. Either way this is a bad product and I will need to replace. It has now develop yet another crack. This seat is in a bathroom that rarely gets used. These are poorly made and are a waste of money!

Looks good

This was a replacement for a cracked seat, which was about 5 years old. Pricey but looks good. Easy to install. Delivered in packaged that was a bit beat up but had no damage.

Bought from Amazon US, did not come with the fitting bolts

The toilet seat is fine, good quality. Pretty annoying to find it doesn't come with any fitting bolts, or any guidance on what type of bolts to buy.

Muy bueno pero carisimo

Es muy cómodo y con la variedad de colores se encuentra el que combina bien. Pero un gran pero el primero que compre duro 4 años y luego se quebró irreparablemente. Me parece demasiado caro que (con un precio de ca 100 dolares) para sentarse cómodos se tenga que pagar 25 dolares al año.

Crack Toilet Seat

Where is zero stars. Product came with a crack in the toilet seat. More than 50% of the rim cracked. You could see the split in the front side. Along with not being the adversitied colour. Other than that I’m sure it would work. However the product return was very smooth.
