the recipe is a total fail
the silicone cups are nice, but the recipe doesn't work at all. following it exactly, with a temp controlled, measured oven.... and I get a total liquid, no cake at all. it calls for 375 for no more that 14 minutes and that gives a fluid instead of a molten cake. I baked the same at 450 for 15 minutes and I'm close!

Good quality silicone cookware...you'll love them.
These are fantastic! I made my first ever batch of molten chocolate puddings using them. They did not stick at all, and these moulds came out of the dishwasher in as new condition. The recipe I had suggested using muffin tins to make the puddings, but I think individual moulds are far superior, especially if you only have a small family. I live alone, so I was able to just keep them covered in the fridge, and take out one per night. This also meant I could work out the ideal cooking time, if one night I overcooked it, the next night I just cooked it for a couple of minutes less. I'm pleased to see you have taken the "microwave" out of the description, because this is almost entirely inaccurate. Yes, you could use them in the microwave, but then you'd probably be making minute cakes, because the microwave cooks from the inside out. So you wouldn't have a molten lava centre. Also the instructions do not even give any directions for making these in the microwave, only the oven.
