Good Driver but Instructions would be Helpful

This driver comes with 2 double ended bits and a short PH1 bit. The first bit you see is double ended (8-10/PH2). Remove the shaft from the handle to expose the other double ended bit (T25/SQ2) . This double ended bit is in a removable sleeve. Pull the sleeve out of the shaft to reveal the short PH2 bit. The 1/4", 5/16", and 3/8" described are not (hex) bits. They are nutdrivers made using the three different shaft openings where bits and sleeves were housed. 5 bit + 3 nutdrivers = 8 in one screwdriver. One would think Lenox would provide instructions on their website, but I didn't find any. Otherwise, this seems to be a solidly built driver. Will have to wait to see how well it holds up.

Good little tool

It took a while to find how to access that extra bits, but other than this the tool is great. It is clear why this is an Amazon best seller. It is a great little screwdriver.

Just "OK"

This is an update to an earlier review, where I gave this 1 star (for missing pieces). I got this to replace a similar type of screwdriver (my other one is a Dewalt). On the Dewalt, the bits are stored in the handle. It was annoying, because each time you would open the handle, the bits would fly everywhere... With this one, the bits are stored in the shaft. When you pull the shaft out, the bits still fly out (but it's only 1 or 2, instead of 10). The ratcheting part in the Lenox has a lot of slop. I didn't think that would bother me, but it does... I'm going to get a Wera and see if that's better.

confused. I cannot seem to get the ratcheting function to work.

I see the white ring that should move to 3 positions—Locked, Right, and Left. The grip on the detent ring is not good, and I have been unable to rotate the ring. Is there a trick I am missing? Did I end up with a rare dude?

The Best!

This is the best ratcheting multi-screw I've ever had. I own two of them. Has all the bits and nut drivers a person needs (appliances especially). Only down side is it can hard to find replacement bits, luckily the ones it comes with are tough and wear well. This IS the one to get.

Doe snot accept other, shorter bits

To access the other bit heads you pull the shaft straight out. Like: It is sturdy and solid. Dislike: Only came with 2 long bits with drivers on each end, so 4 different bit heads. The description says it has numerous bits that come with it, it does not. The main problem is the magnetic shaft is slightly wider than many 1" bits, like the Wiha , Bosch which make the bits very loose, but the magnet is so strong and the shaft so deep it is very difficult to pull the bits out by hand, pliers must be used. The somewhat shorter shaft end does have a slotted hole lengthwise so that a short bit can be pushed out from behind. I will keep this, but will continue to look for a decent ratcheting screwdriver.
