NOT Cream-colored

Overall, the construction is great and sturdy, and the wheels move like butter. However, I fell in love with this suitcase because of its cream color. In reality, it’s a light “salmon coffee” color (see pic of it next to my white fireplace). I tried to look past it, but I just can’t. I think I’m going to return it. I hope the seller reaches out to me to let me know if this is an anomaly, or if this is their idea of the correct color.

Fragile shell

Total garbage. DO NOT BUY. Busted after ONE FLIGHT. Logo also placed incorrectly.

This is garbage. I expected quality but got trash. After one single solitary flight the shell busted with zero other damage visible, it seems like this is fraudulent material when considering other strange assemblies. It appears as though that this is just cheap trash quality (quite likely fake bootleg product, IMO) that cannot withstand any sort of use other than being on a shelf. The logo also came upside down which in my opinion reeks of being a bootleg, fake product. Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY THIS LUGGAGE, YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY!!! It looks good at face value but what you're being sold truly is not quality. I wanted to love this luggage, but after one use, I simply cannot vouch for its quality or reliability.

Straps broken before I ever used it

Poor quality control. Straps broken before I used it could not return by deadline due to surgery so now am stuck with a $436 unusable piece of London fog luggage.
