Not what is pictured.

Very disappointed. I have the exact chair that is in this picture already in my home. I purchased it 10 years ago. I wanted to order another one so I specifically looked for that brand, Lumex, and was so happy when I saw the picture of what I had. What was delivered is a much cheaper piece of junk. It does not make me feel secure. The roll of foam on the back is extremely thin, but the worst part is that the arm handles are shorter than my old one, making it more difficult to get up and down. Stop using an old picture if you can't deliver it.

Ended up purchasing this from another company due to the company I found on Amazon put me off twice giving 2 future dates the item would be in stock. This was purchased for my elderly mother-in-law, who has mobility issues. She had fallen several times in the bathroom. This seat can either go over a toilet or be used as a toilet by using the included slide in bucket. It has a wide, sturdy base and adjustable legs for getting the height just right. The molded plastic arm rests on either side are helpful for her to touch and know she is in the proper place to take a seat. The bar in the back is encased in soft rubber. I feel that this item has enhanced her safety in the bathroom.

Love this commode.

Sturdy. comfortable, makes me feel very safe. Easy to assemble and clean. Beats the heck out of being pinched when you sit down by a wiggly seat.
