Finally!

Finally found a minimalist wallet that is slim, sleek, and durable. Fits at least 7 cards comfortably. Carry in your back or side pocket. Slim enough it doesn’t push on the nerve and cause excruciating pain when sitting on it in the back pocket. Also slim enough where it can be carried in side pocket without being too bulky.

Bought a second time after last one fell apart.

I carried one for a year. It started falling apart, but somehow still managed to keep everything together. For twelve or thirteen bucks or whatever, it's too convenient to not merit a second purchase.

Slim wallet

After carrying this slim wallet from Magpul, I can never use another bulky wallet. Only using the bare essentials which is about three cards and an ID. This makes carrying a wallet much better and doesn’t give you the uncomfortableness of a bulky wallet in the rear when you sit down. This wallet seems to disappear in your back pocket, you won’t even notice it if you carry it in the front pocket of your pants. With 4 pockets for cards and some cash. It is a great wallet made of durable reinforced polymer material that is durable and looks amazing.

It took 3yr of abuse like a champ

TL;DR I'm ordering a second one after three years, since I finally figured out how to destroy my first one. Don't stuff yours to bulging and it should last at least that long, probably longer. THE STORY After two years of only showing slight cosmetic wear and tear from daily use, I started getting a little adventurous with how much I tried stuffing into this slim little wallet. Just past the three-year mark here, I'm finding that it is actually possible to cause those rock-solid seams to split. The trick was routinely stuffing 5-10 bills in with my standard 7 cards. WHY THIS WALLET IS GREAT It's durable. I've previously used a wallet made from Tyvek, and that things was truly indestructible (no need for replacement even after getting run over by a car). In comparison, Magpul DAKA gets 4/5 for durability. Compared to a conventional wallet, this Magpul deserves 5/5. It's secure, but not excessively grippy. This wallet slides easily enough into pockets, but it has never let a card slip out in three years, even when almost empty. It's tiny. The thickness of the wallet is basically the thickness of what you put inside it. Holding a few cards and folded bills in this wallet feels the about same in your pockets as if you used a paperclip instead. It's simple. It's affordable. Even after wearing my first one out aggressively, the cost came out around $5 a year. PRO TIP If it starts bulging, you're probably putting too much into it. To keep it in good shape, limit yourself 5-7 cards and 2-4 bills.

Was happy for a time bad sadly can not longer recommend due to issues

So first off, this wallet looks like a kind of soft materials when its really not. It's plastic, its bendable, just not quite what I thought. I really liked it. Super thin just what I wanted. Was happy with it for about two months....Just a day or two ago something on my hands I don't know what - stains the wallet and I can get it off. Whatever was on my hands had no effect on anything else - but stained my dark green wallet for some reason. I had been noticing fibers around the edges and I thought it was just from my clothes getting attached. I just took a closer look and its the wallet itself. It looks almost as if 3D printed in layers and no matter if I cut them off or burn them off they will return. Seems I was able to get the white stuff off for good ( I think with 99% IPA and a toothbrush) not many people have that and I don't know what it worked for sure so I can't recommended this wallet to others. I have loved it so far but I cannot recommend it.

Absoluter Fehlkauf!!!

Das Produkt hält nicht ansatzweise das, was es in den Bildern und der Produktbeschreibung verspricht! An Hand der Bilder geht man von einem ganz anderen Material aus; irgendetwas weiches, flexibles, dehnbares aber geliefert wird eine mehrlagig eng geklebte Hartplastik. Gefühlt ist das Material null dehnbar und schon mit drei Karten total überfordert. Denn man bekommt die Karten mega schwer raus, selbst bei nur 3 Karten und ab 4 Karten wird es ein richtiger Kampf und Krampf. Und ich habe, brauche Platz für 7 Karten. Der eine Pflichtstern gilt daher nur dem Gripfeeling, ansonsten wären es null Sterne, da absoluter Fehlkauf!

Nice and slim, but NOT RFID blocking

The top review here states that one of the sides is RFID blocking. I can confirm that this is NOT the case as my phone can read my metro card over NFC through any (or all) of the wallet's walls. While this sucks as it means I can't confidently use my metro card without taking it out of the wallet or risking my other cards being read by the card terminal instead, luckily my first impressions of the build quality of this wallet are more positive. With 2 or more cards inserted, you can be pretty well assured that they won't be coming loose. With my usual 6 cards, it can be borderline difficult to slide them out. The material inside the pockets is very grippy but the wallet still slides in and out of a jeans pocket with ease. The Magpul logo is embossed into the front of the wallet and looks subtle in person. The cuts in the material are a little sloppy and asymmetrical, especially where the curves at the top of the pockets are concerned. The edges are also clearly glued together in a way that looks cheap, even if it doesn't necessarily suggest lack of durability. Materials seem of good quality, even if the build quality is a little iffy. I feel like you could probably get a year or two of daily carry use out of it. I'll update this review periodically after using it for a few months. Edit at 20 months: This wallet has held up well, with no visible wear that couldn't be rinsed off. Happy with the longevity. Still pretty tight with more than 4-6 cards.

Good but could be better

Its a good little wallet. Its pretty much more compact than any other wallet I've ever seen, bonus points for style too. There is one major downside though, the cards can be quite difficult to get out of the wallet. Especially if you put in the max recommended amount of 6 cards, it becomes pretty tricky to get the cards out. I found myself really having to try to get a card out, sometimes I had to take two out and put one back in that I didn't want. That kind of becomes a problem when your in line at the grocery store and there are a bunch of people waiting behind you to pay, that might just be me though. Other than that solid wallet.
