Very pretty, light-weight & comfy (more cheeky than tanga IMO) might run a bit small...

These are cute and charming light-weight undies. I haven't purchase a tanga panty in many years (and those were more of the fluttery type with no ruching) but I recently ordered a couple of other styles from Maidenform and really liked them, so I wanted to try these, too. I wear a size 14 and my hip measurement is 41.5". I wear a size L in my (previously) favorite brand -- the one with all of those controversial wings and angels (not the P*_k line, but the nicer ones). I always thought their brand sizing was a bit large as I often need an XL in other brands. The size chart for this brand suggest a size XL, but I did go ahead and order size XXL and I'm glad I did. Just as a note -- for the briefs, hipsters and cheeky panties from this brand XL is the right size for me but for the boy-shorts and these tanga fit panties, XXL is the right choice. So I do think they run a bit small. The coverage is a little less than I am used to these days, but I don't think they are too revealing for someone of my age (what do they say? the n(th) anniversary of my 39th birthday? ha, ha!) and I would have to say that these seem to be more of a cheeky panty with lace trim than a tanga, which is supposed to be between a bikini and a thong, I think. Anyway, I find these to be light weight and quite comfortable. I wasn't sure about the seams at each side, but I don't really notice them. These are more low-rise than any of the other undies I tried from this brand, and the band at the hip is thin, but they aren't ridiculously low and they stay in place. I really like the comfort at the leg as there is nothing to bind or twist. I don't like the ruching in the back, but as it turns out it isn't particularly bothersome. The fabric is light-eight and soft and the lace is smooth and looks and feels smooth. The seams are well done -- flat and neatly sewn with no loose or hanging threads. I chose the black, red & white w/a black floral design (my favorite) and they are all very pretty. I did hand-wash these before wearing and after the first wear as recommended, but in the future I will probably just put them in a mesh laundry bag with the rest of my delicates and use cold water and a gentle cycle. I won't put them in my beast of a dryer though. These panties are of good quality and the price seems quite reasonable.

Nice underwear

These have a comfortable fit and nice fabric. They stayed in place for me. While I thought these were slightly smaller than expected, I still recommend ordering the size you would normally wear.

Nicely made and lined

This set of underwear is nicely made and also has a nice liner. The lace detail is pretty and soft. The fit is as expected, not too loose or too tight. It has a nice band that doesn't look like it will frey easily. Great price for set and quality made. Maidenform is a great brand!

Runs a little small

If panties came in half sizes, this would be an 8.5 instead of 9. Fits a little tighter than expected of a size 9, so runs a little small. Other than that, I am happy with these panties and they met all other expectations.

Fit well and comfortable

I really like the way these feel. They are comfortable all day, don’t ride up, and look pretty too. The lace gives them a luxurious look and we all deserve a little luxury! These have become my new favorites in my lingerie drawer. Well made, comfortable, flirty..trifecta that I Do Recommend! Please View my Included Pictures. Comfortable-ish

I love that they are super low rise in the front, and they are pretty comfortable overall. There’s little pucker at the bottom of the back that’s cute but it feels like a wedgie is starting, so in that regard they are a bit uncomfortable. It’s not a full-on wedgie but enough fabric that I notice it. But they don’t feel like they are actually riding up when walking around doing chores around the house, so that’s good. The lace is nice and flat which is great except you can totally see the seams through my shorts where the lace is sewn to the primary fabric. I’m sure it’ll be fine in jeans, but anything loose or knit like sweats or loungewear will show a panty line. Also, I think they run a bit small for a Large.

These are cute and the quality is showing to be good, so far. It has while since I have worn this brand so I got a size up from my usual just in case and they fit me perfectly - not snug at all but not too loose either

has a low rise fit

These underwear have a lower rise then most of the underwear I buy, it still comes up past my butt, but it's really close to being plumber crack fitted underwear. Size is spot on, and they have a cute fit and don't cut into my legs or hips. I'm very happy with these.
