Best buy for the money

I've been using BearKat safety glasses for over 10 years (not the same pair - lol) and they are the best buy for the money. There is at least one review of the glasses breaking at the hinge. I have NEVER had this happen to me. Don't bother spending MORE money for a STURDIER pair. Let's face it, safety glasses get tossed around. They get lost or misplaced. Why spend a lot of money when they are not going to last long under normal use. Keep extras on-hand, I do. I use them, my wife uses them and so do my kids. I insist on them wearing the glasses when working in the yard - weed whipping and mowing especially (yes, they do this work instead of me!). When the glasses get too scratched up I throw them away and grab another pair. Another great buy is their shaded safety glasses. I wear these instead of spending $100 on a fancy pair of sunglasses I purchased several pair of BearKat's BK312AF. I keep a pair in each of our vehicles and have extras on-hand to work outside in the yard and elsewhere. Be sure to get the BK312AF as they have the soft nose guard. I've done the research and purchased other safety glasses before I found BearKat. Buy them and keep extras on-hand.

READ THIS!

These are awesome, the price seems to be going up but their still worth it, they cover your eyes very well for just glasses instead of goggles (almost too good sometimes they tend to fog from lack of airflow when sweating , only downside for me) they are pretty compatible with a resperator on as well they dont often get in the way of one another, i dont think they are made of anything speicial but they seem to last me longer than most, i use many abrasives and have small debris flying at me all day long they do scratch but seem to hold up a bit longer than even more expesive glasses do they also come in a dark version that i have not one complaint about i dont wast money on anything else any more.

Great for 12 hr shift

This Is great, perfect for work and very comfortable to wear for 12 hour shift, it doesn't affect my latex allergy.

Nice glasses, but

No way are they Anti Fog. That's really the only reason for my three stars. They are nice looking and they are comfortable, but no way are they Anti Fog.

very sturdy glasses, comfortable to wear

Husband uses these to keep wind out of his eyes when riding his mobility scooter..... does the job well, very sturdy glasses, comfortable to wear, good firm fit.

Comfortable and lightweight

Needed these for my little projects around the house. My old pair was too scratched up and had to be replaced. My old ones were a goggle-style but had vented sides so it allowed dust and other particles in occasionally. They were also much heavier. These are less bulky and much lighter. The lenses have good coverage as well, resting on the cheek bone and wrapping towards the temple. They also have a good amount of flex so they should fit most people. I'm not familiar with protection grade ratings, but I know these will be sufficient for my little projects around the house. Happy shopping!

Fog up instantly

These glasses are lightweight and fit ok. If you are planning on wearing these with a mask (healthcare worker, industrial, etc.) then don’t bother purchasing them. Big waste of money. Within 30 seconds of wearing them they fogged up and we’re useless.

do the job

wanted a one time use throw away pair of safety glasses to do a pedicure on a friend. These will do the job and work with my mask and gloves for self protection while helping a senoir citizen friend with really bad foot problems...the price is good for something I plan to dispose of at end of day. They are clear, I can see through them and they will keep foot skin grindings and nails from getting in my eyes

Lightweight with Full Coverage

Lightweight, clear and comfortable. Time will tell how well they last from scratches and dings from flying debris before they break. Will update.
