Decent Quality

The product is well built, has a good finish and works as I would expect. It worth the money as i have used a less expensive model which i have had to change out prematurely due to abnormal wear and tear. Changing a faucet is not a day at the park so my suggestion is make sure you spend the money up front and buy a quality unit like this one.

Great Mothers Day Present

I bought and installed this for my mother's mothers day present. She loves it. My parents have a window behind the sink, so my mother didn't want one of those super-tall faucets. When I saw the box, I thought it was one of those. It's not. I think this is the one you want if you have that concern. All parts were securely included and the installation was extremely easy. It took me a bit longer uninstalling her old faucet. I had never worked on a single-hole faucet. I prefer them now. Their mount hole is on the left, furthest corner of a two sink pattern. This faucet extends further than her older model, and higher across the left sink. There were no markings the older one. The faucet extension reaches past the edge of the second sink. I read some of the reviews about using tie wraps to fix a deficient connection for the pull out hose. That was not the case for me. I'm not exactly sure if I was lucky or Moen fixed that problem. That snapped it with a LOUD click and no leaks under full pressure. ' I also had no problem with the weight that pulls back the extension. I would like to have the magnetic grip to firmly secure the extension, but the weight is adequate. You just have to make sure the weight has full, unfettered movement under the sink.

Quality and suits our needs

I really love this faucet. It feels solid and it’s actions feel smooth. Initially I thought it’s tall stature would look odd and out of place, but it actually looks lovely and stylish. I’m short and have somewhat short arms, and the extra height of the faucet is very easy to work with. I was concerned that with it being tall that I’d be reaching up and too far from my body to be comfortable. But the opposite it true, and when I’m standing in front of it, I reach straight out from my chest height to grab the handle. It’s very comfortable! I’m very very pleased with it!!

Worth the wait.

I had been looking for replacement for my 20 yr. old Moen longer than I want to admit. Most were really tall and I just didn't care for that style. When I saw this one, I took a chance and so happy I did. My husband installed it in under an hour and said the old Moen came out as easy as the new one went in. The top control is very easy to turn on and off without using your hands while prepping food. The sprayer has punch to it and slides easily back when finished. Initially in my search I considered different finishes but quite happy with this one that shows zero finger prints. I highly recommend this product and will likely look first at Moen when I update my bathrooms.

Nice Faucet

We have yet to install this faucet so I am basing this review solely on aesthetics alone. It's beautiful and feels well made. However, I asked the Amazon community if the pull out sprayer was metal or plastic and all responses said metal, but the sprayer is NOT metal, it is plastic. I called Amazon and they sent a replacement faucet. The next faucet had a plastic pull out, as well. Despite the plastic, we decided to keep it because it looks great. I will update this review once it's installed.

decent product

Finally installed this (easy DIY), works well. Sprayer needs a bit of volume to stay on, resets to stream mode after a shutoff (which I prefer). Looks and operates well. Hot and cold water streams have same flow volume (as they should!). Good product. One note, a seal where it mounts on the sink didn't seem to stick firmly, so I squirted a bit of calking into the two unused holes (left and right of center) from underneath. Also, have had to torque down the set screen in the handle several times, so hard I thought it might break, but if finally stopped coming loose. The set screw is too small, should be bigger to get a better grip.

Soooo great!!

We replaced another pull out faucet which had cracked because it was made of plastic. That was about 2 months ago. We love this!! Worth every penny to get the steel. Also, I was looking for a high goose neck faucet but I'm really glad I decided to go with this one because it allows a significantly higher amount of water pressure than the old one and the water splashes out of the sink. But that's not something I'm complaining about. Plus this turns with ease.

It's a very pretty faucet with good functionality

It's a very pretty faucet with good functionality. I really like the fact the spray switch is located underneath the spout because our last kitchen faucet had the spray switch on top and the rubber had cracked so it did not look good. My main complaint is the weight that pulls the spout back into the main part of the faucet is not heavy enough and the spout tends to dangle a bit which gives it a cheap look and feel. Also, the fact that the pull-out part of the spout is made of plastic tends to give it a cheap feel.
