Essential!

A nice full size ice pack. Used for head injury, back aches shoulder aches and stomach. I am surprised it doesn't hold the cold as long as it's smaller counterparts but still very happy and essential in my home.

Love these babies!

Love that these go hot and cold. They are a bit stiffer than the Ace compresses when cold. So I use both, for different purposes. They are amazing when hot, and when cold, keep cold a bit longer.

Enormous help after major surgery

I have nothing but good things to say about this product. I had a total hysterectomy a few weeks ago and the pain was pretty serious the first few days. I needed both heat and cold in order to help manage my pain. This really did the trick. The first day we heated it in the microwave per the printed instructions right on the pack itself, and it worked marvelously. Stayed warm for a long time and was large enough to cover the area needed. The cover is very soft and the gel inside is thick and swishy. It was comfortable against my body. The next few days I needed it cold to reduce swelling. It froze very quickly, stayed cold for awhile. It never once tore, burst, or leaked. My only regret is not getting two to alternate during times of need. I would suggest to anyone who is having major swelling or a bad injury to do this to lessen times between re-freezing or hot/cold alternating. Otherwise now that I don’t need it all the time, I keep it in the freezer and use it as needed. It’s held up great.

Fantastic

Does what it says (hot/cold) Its soft and east to maneuver onto an injury or where you need it to be. Easy to get heated up in less than 2 minutes. I don't like ice packs being really cold so throwing this in the freezer for about 30 to 45 to get it cold but not freezing works perfectly.

Stays cold but flexible and doesn’t need a cover

This is my favorite ice pack and I use them several times a day for neck and back pain. Only docked one star because they can’t withstand a lot of pressure and some have leaked gel - honestly I’m pretty fat though and it’s not the ice pack’s fault. Lol. However, I still buy them because they stay cold longer than others I’ve tried and I’ve tried MANY, are soft and don’t need a cover for direct skin contact and have the right amount of flexibility shortly after taking out of the freezer. Worth the buy!

Best cold pack for the price

This helps me immensely since my shoulder surgery. It easily molds how I’m comfortable and stays cold close to 40 minutes. I paid $9.99 I know it’s gone up in price a bit because I bought a second one for my mom for her knee. She is also very pleased with it
