Received a used and damaged set, but they fixed it!

May 10th update. I reached out to the seller about the issue with the piece I received, they responded quickly and asked for proof of purchase and photo showing the issue. I provided the photos, and they worked quickly to replace the bad part with a new one. Part arrived and set is now new and complete. Amazing and quick customer service, completely turned the review around for a one-star to a five-star. I got this set to replace the handlebars of my bike, and worked exactly as needed. Original review: Order this set as I needed these sizes to work on my Harley. When I open the package, the 5/16 and the 1/4 Allen's we're in the wrong location. Then I noticed that the end of the 5/16 is rounded off and burnt like somebody had tried to use it in the wrong size hole.

Hex long drive ball end.

The length is good nice case but its a bit big but ghats ok. I use when needing a angle where a straight hex wont fit. Spear to be strong but would used a straight hex when possible.

Value for the money

I purchased this set of ball end Allen sockets in 2021. About two weeks ago I broke the smallest 3mm one. Knowing they were out of warranty I sent a note asking how I could replace the broken one. To my surprise they sent me a replacement free of charge. Great customer service. I would buy again.

Great value, nice set

After about a month of daily use, I broke the 3/16" bit attached to a ratchet trying to break loose a bolt (May have been a funny angle but that what these are designed for) and the tip broke off inside a 1/4-20 shcs. Contacted customer service, gave them details and they sent a replacement within a couple days! Hopefully this one was a fluke but overall it's a nice set for the money and I'm definitely impressed by the responsive action taken by the company! After further use, I broke another one.. these are okay if you need it once or twice but for repeated use, especially for daily work, I wouldn't recommend. I'll go back to harbor freight, those lasted way longer.

Great customer service!

Item was purchased from Amazon Warehouse. When it arrived, I found that the 4mm bit was defective which is probably why it ended up in the warehouse after someone returned it. Amazon would, of course, give me a refund but I wanted the set and had gotten it at a good price so I contacted Neiko and they promptly sent out a replacement bit! I have used it once so far and the quality seems quite good.

1 broke after 2nd use

The 5mm broke the second time I used it. and the backing is not the same size. Can't even grind what is left to use, have to throw away the 5mm. And it broke easy, got the screw out with a small hand held alen key.

3mm ball head sheared off in bolt socket.

The 3mm ball head sheared off in the bolt socket when torquing the bolt to spec. Now the ball head is stuck in the bolt socket????.

Great if your workplace has a tool replacement program

Pretty sure I could have snapped off the 1/8" ball end by hand without even using a ratchet. Which was great for me because my workplace had a tool replacement program, got a full set of Proto that normally cost $140 for $25. The ball ends shear off these pretty reliably, so if you're actually buying to use them and not to game your benefits at work, might want to consider something slightly better quality.

H3 head already broken on arrival

Received the package and opened it to find that the head of the H3 bit was already missing... and by reading the reviews, I'm not the only one with that problem. Seems to be made of cheap stuff...

Great kit.

Absolutely great feeling. Had one break but the rest are good quality (always one bad apple in the bunch). Amazon was terrific and helped me with the return process. Definitely will buy more of this brand of tool.

Please do not buy!

Was using this product and on the first times I used the 8mm and the 4 mm they broke on the first try. Was only using one hand and did not over torque. When it snapped it sent my knuckles into the frame rails of the machine and I broke my finger. Have been on light duty for 3 days now. Please don’t buy this product it is not worth it. On top of being almost paralyzed by using this, they provide no warranty so I am not even able to get the broken bits replaced!!

Buena calidad y funcionales.

La herramienta es muy útil para usar con trinquete ya que te permite mejor movilidad que las llaves Allen en L. La calidad es buena, hasta el momento ninguna se ah roto. Igualmente no las he utilizado con mucho torque pero para lo punto de vista la relación calidad/precio es buena.
