Quality and weight of the pan is unmatched! My favorite cake pan brand.

My mini butter pecan rum cakes came out beautifully! I had a little something to do with that as well????. I still used a small amount of cake release inside the pan the first couple uses. I like to allow time for my pan to get seasoned as my Grandma would say???? Can’t go wrong with this pan!

Nordic ware is always a success

I've never made a nordic ware purchase I regretted and this is no exception. The pan is heavy, heats evenly, is easy to clean, and works wonderfully well.

Don't follow recipe instructions after baking!

The pan seems solid and well made. I don't yet know how non stick it is since, following the recipe included with the pan, I tried to remove the cakes while still HOT. The instructions should say invert the PAN not CAKE and allow to cool. THEN remove the cakes from pan by running a plastic spatula or wooden skewer around the rim of each cake. Following the recipes instructions, you get DEFLATED cakes and a melted spatula. I may change my review after trying again.

Worth the money

This pan is heavy duty, that's probably why the mini cakes baked evenly. Cakes come out easily with a little bit of loosening. Cleans up well after a few minutes of soaking.
