This is just for the patterns and beads. I thought their was bead boards rather than patterns to make the shark shapes. Kids loved it!

No shark shaped boards in this pack

I didn't see when I ordered this that you don't actually get the shaped boards to make the different sharks. It's just a star shape and squares and there is a book that comes with it showing where you need to put the beads. Since the majority of the kids that were using these were younger than 5, the shaped boards are better. I think it should be clearly shown that you need to be able to follow building instructions to make the sharks and can't just fill a shaped board up and end up with something shark shaped. It would have been better for me to only buy the beads and use the boards I already had (which were the same as those that came in the pack).

Good size for small afternoon project.

Kids (age 5) loved it. It was fun for them to put the beads together on board and once it was fused they made magnets with them (under parental supervision of course)

Picture does not show accurate colors

I bought the Shark set specifically for the colors shown in the listing; however, the colors we needed were not in the set. The colors we received were solid colors instead of the stripes we wanted. I'm very disappointed that we had to wait for the item to arrive to discover this issue. If there are two different sets that have the same patterns and pegboards the listing should specify whether you're buying stripes or solids.
