So happy with these we bought a second set

We picked these up, to see if they would be a good replacement for our current dinnerware. Compared to our old dinnerware these are lot more substantial. They are thicker and better quality than what we are replacing. These have been through the dishwasher at least twice now and we didn’t see any issues with washing them. They are marked dishwasher and microwave safe. We are a fan of the coloring/design and the rippling around the edges. Overall an attractive set of high quality dinnerware. We liked them so much we bought a second set.

Beautiful! Durable! Great value for the money!

The picture for these dishes do not do it justice. They are GORGEOUS! Pfaltzgraff is such good quality, I used to have the set Tea Rose. Before getting this dish set, I ordered many other brands, I searched and did not like them. I was looking for stoneware with a glaze to them. I have had these a week and can't say enough about them. The bowls are just the right size, each piece is unique. The dishes are sturdy, but not too heavy. They were boxed so secure, not one dish was broken. Great value for the money. I will have these dishes until I die. The colors are amazing! I am a little over the top with my excitement, after all they are just dishes, but man DO I LOVE THEM!

Beautiful dishes, substantial, packaged well

Very pleased with these dishes, they arrived exactly as pictured. Love the pattern and colors for our house. The dishes have substantial weight to them so I hope that translates to long-term durability. They were packaged extremely well for shipping and everything arrived intact - no chips, cracks, or other damage.

Sturdy stoneware

This is my first new set of Pfaltzgraff dishes after owning the Tea Rose pattern before. The quality of this stoneware is as good as ever. The one thing I’m not a big fan of on this set is the coloration near the rims of the bowls. The variation makes the rims look dingy or dirty, even though they are not. Overall this is a nice, sturdy set.

Nice add to our kitchen

Ordered these because they looked cute and we needed some new dinnerware that could withhold our busy home and family eating on. I personally think the design and plates/bowls are adorable and an amazing addition to our kitchen. I mainly buy corelle when it comes to my plates and bowls so compared to them, I wouldn't say this set is "lightweight." They seem to be holding up with our daily use and dishwasher. I'm not sure if one plate had this tiny crack in the finish or if it just happened in our care but I can't really complain about them.

Glaze design is unique

I like the chic design, each piece is uniquely, slightly different. They are fragile, even being extremely careful when washing, the bottom of a couple of the bowls chipped on the bottom, over time this could cause them to sit unevenly, I am extremely careful when hand washing as well as placing them with plenty of space in between when dishwasher washing. I really like the large size of the dinner plate as well the salad plate is a good size if you prefer to use smaller plates to portion control your meals. The plates have a deep design allowing meals with a sauce to not spill over the edge. This set would make a great gift for a newlywed or even a college bound child needing a nice set of dishes to start off with. The design is edgy making it an item many different decoration styles would enjoy.

Decent set

After living with a mismatched dining set for years, I finally decided it was time to upgrade. These were just perfect for me. This set looks high end and the slight color variations make it look like each piece was handmade. Keep in mind these are some heavy plates and do not come with matching cups. These are dishwasher-safe and microwave-safe.
