Good for sump filters
We use these for our 75 gallon tank's filtration system. They go in the sump and help filter the tank. They work great and you can trim them to fit your set up. I would recommend.

This is a somewhat "hard to find" cartridge for a pond filter. Thank you for providing it!
We have a healthy backyard pond and need to wash the filter cartridge daily. It wears out in half of a season! We are glad to have your address and will call you directly the next time we need it.

Wrong size but cut down. Works great
Have a Pondmaster PMK 190 in a 5 foot kiddie pool which I ordered here on Amazon. Down at the bottom it said "other buyers purchased these products" You know you've seen it when you are looking at a item. I added it to my order and it was wrong size when it arrived, my fault should have double-checked but assumed since "other buyers" bought it was the correct. But no problem I cut down to fit. As for the filters their self they do a great job and work well once cut to size in the PMK 190. Next time I will order the correct size.

Quality filters at a decent price
These filters easily last a season in our mid sized 750 gallon Koi pond. We hose them out weekly and they clean up quickly while retaining their structure. We occasionally use the cheap "blue filter pads" at the beginning of the season just to get the bulk of the muck out since they are cheap, but they disintegrate when you try to wash them. The combination of the larger white main filter with the more dense charcoal secondary filter seems to work very well and removes quite a bit of muck while still providing good water flow. Not certain how long the activated carbon actually lasts on the black charcoal filter (I suspect a week or two) but it still functions as a tighter knit secondary filter and compliments the primary white filter very well. Fits perfectly in the Danner filter housing. Overall good quality and good value for the price. This filter and a small skimmer were the two best investments we have made for our pond - water is always crystal clear with minimal fuss.

Great product
I have a small pond that has been an ongoing problem with keeping the water clear. I have a small pump, which moves the water well and operates a small waterfall feature, but the filter is inadequate. I find myself constantly having to change the filter element which disturbs the pump and riles the water. The new filter is larger and is adequate for the task at hand. I can change the filter element without moving the pump and the water stays clear much longer.

Coarse filter pad is flimsy
I bought two packages of the replacement coarse filter pad w charcoal pad. The coarse pads are not as thick and sturdy as the product they carried years ago. One set of the old pads carried me through the summer season. I could rinse and reuse the coarse pad. Although I am glad I have these new ones to use, I will be looking into an alternative coarse filter media as a replacememnt for next year as I will not be buying these again. It is not worth the money.

Works great, quick delivery
I cut these up to fit into my Eheim 2215 filter, I can get about 4 pieces from each pad from these so I expect this to last for almost a year. Working well so far, no complaints, definitely much cheaper than the Eheim carbon pads.
