Makes workouts painful!

This will make your lunges so hard and your squats more challenging. It will make you wish for it all to be over. But yet the results are wonderful.

3rd one - I loved but it snaps within a month.

The right tension - love it and I cant find an alternative. But I've snapped 3 of them. Some last a month, some 2 months but they all snap. I used them for shoulder rehab and leg/hamstring kickbacks. Love the tension and how versatile it is but they break.

Excellent for advanced athletes

I rarely give a product 5* review but these bands deserve it. Why? because despite the fact that everytime I write that this major website sells a ton of cheap phony rated garbage and they reject my review, it's the truth. These are definitely gym quality. First off as a guy booty bands are really not my thing and I would prefer to be at a gym working on my legs with resistance machines, but COVID requires sacrifices and these are heavy enough to provide decent resistance for various leg/core/booty exercises. These band are for someone, male or female, that can easily handle the garbage bands this website call heavy or in Theraband color Black/Silver. They are thick and well made (Yes they are rubber bands and I expect them to break after sometime but it might take awhile) The only thing I would add is purple is a heck of a lot cheaper than grey (Ultra heavy) and purple offers better stretch and the resistance isn't that much lighter.

Needs more rubberized material so they don't slip or snap. Extreme durable though

Great band for warming up

I really like using this resistance band for doing warmup exercises since it is made of thin rubber but is still strong. Since I have done resistance training for many years (and have really strong quads) I opted to get the ultra-heavy band. Initially, it is really tight/stiff around your legs, but after you use it for a bit it begins to loosen. So far I have not had any tears or holes that have formed and I have been using it for roughly 1 year. Would recommend!

Love it. Does not roll. Super heavy resistance

Totally worth the price. I've bought so many other cheap bands and bundle ones where the 'heavy' bands still rolled up around my legs. This band does not roll at all and stays put in most of my booty exercises. It's extra heavy so a lot of resistance. I love it. I thought it was too expensive at first but it's worth the price instead of trying a bunch of cheaper bands.

This band is thick and strong, it does the job! Seems durable and of good quality. Update: My dog played with it and it broke. I was about to purchase it again, but now it's 4x the price I paid just a few weeks ago!

Great product - unlike other bands I have tried it is very thick and resilient and does not fold over when you are working out with it on - it stays in place and stays flat.
