Dented shade but good customer service

Very nice looking fixture with ivory shade and glass diffuser (some other brands are plastic). The shade arrived dented, which seemed like bad build vs. damage. So we decided to return, but seller proactively reached out to send a new shade instead of return. Very impressed by the customer service.

Perfect Light for Kitchen Area

I love it! I’d looked numerous places and there was nothing appealing and the prices were astronomical! This fixture is perfect for my newly renovated kitchen. It provides a great amount of light and was easy to install!

Looks beautiful but the glass arrived broken.

The light looks very nice for the price, however I was disappointed when the glass arrived broken. I had to order a replacement.

Lamp broken and damaged both times I ordered it.

I had high hopes for this lamp since I have 2 flush mounts in this model that were in perfect condition when i ordered them and are absolutely gorgeous. Imagine my disappointment when the first semi-flush I ordered in the 18 inch size arrived with a buckled shade with wrinkled seams (see photos). Ok, stuff happens, no problem, I returned it and ordered another one because I really like this lamp and it matches the two flush mounts I ordered and love. Second delivery, this time the lamp shade is fine but the glass is broken in several pieces (see photos). Going to return this one as well and hope third time I order will be the last (fingers crossed) otherwise I give up and all 3 will be returned for refund. I'd really appreciate if the seller would reach out and make this right.

Beautiful product

These are exactly as the pictures show they’ll be! They’re plenty bright, with a soft comfy feel. I put two in my laundry room and love them. Would definitely consider using in more rooms!

Two damaged Third Nice

The third light finally arrived with glass in tact. The other two packages came with broken glass. This is probably because it is packaged on the bottom of the box

Il faut avoir de petite mains pour finir l'installation.

Pour installer l'abat-jour c'est que la difficulté commence quand on doit viser l'abat-jour. Il faut vérifier avant l'installation le fonds de l'abat-jour qui est un cercle en verre comment cela arrive sous l'abat-jour car une fois la structure de base installer cela peut changer un peu. Il faut ajouter par le dessous le cercle de verre et c'est la que cela n'est pas toujours parfais à la finition pour le tour complet vis a vis l'abat-jour. J'ai une bonne partie égale et une autre partie qui n'est pas égal. Il ne faut pas être brusque pour manipuler le tout.
