I have tried almost 15 pairs of shoes - finally a pair that fit!

These are very comfortable and true to size. Finally a pair of shoes that fit. I have been trying so many different brands and several different sizes. For me the Size 8 WW in the Stability X were perfect. I just got done playing in the yard with my dogs. No problems! I still have a bit of pain in my bunions but this was my first attempt at wearing a pair of shoes that fit. I have some orthotics I'll be trying with them tomorrow. I'm looking forward to having a comfortable, lightweight pair of shoes. I also wear the regular leather stability shoe, and have a pair arriving soon, orderered directly from Propet.

Over-sized heel, not a running shoe

The sneaker version fo the Stability shoe has more toe space than the leather walking shoe. i'm a 12AA on a Brannock device, and bought the 13AA: it has just enough big to width when wearing medium-light socks and my forefoot is fully bent. Unfortunately, the rest of the shoe is extra-width from the forefoot back to the heel, so it feels a bit sloppy. if the shoe had an extra lace hole, which would go just ahead my outer forefoot bone, and a notch on the outer heel sole to match a long foot strike, this should would be a great city walking shoe or even a jogging shoe.

I love Propet shoes

I needed a new pair of sneakers, and have had several pairs of Propet travel shoes, all of which are superbly comfortable. These are not as superbly comfortable as the shoes I've had in the past. I ordered 8D, which is my usual size. There is a band that is on the inside part of the front of the foot which feels a little tight just below the bunion on my foot. I like that I can put in another insole, which I did, for a bit more arch support. The shoes are pretty light, and there is enough give in the fabric so my feet don't feel cramped. I've tried them with different socks, thicker and thinner, and it doesn't really matter how they feel. I'm not super crazy about the laces, they are a little slippery and hard to tie. I'll keep them because they were a good deal, and work well for the most part. They are just not as super comfortable as I'd expected them to be.

My new brand

I need arch support, since I have no arch in my right foot. Was buying Vionic in the past, but got tired of their sizing being so inconsistent. These are true to size, and work well for aerobics.

Painful to wear

I wanted a comfortable sneaker for everyday wear and walking in the evening. Upon taking them from the box, I found the fabric part of the sneaker to be stiff and scratchy and the sole was stiff, no flex. This shoe was so uncomfortable I couldn't even get it on. I started with the left foot and there seemed to be something stiff in there in the area of my little toe. It was so painful I didn't put the shoe all the way on, I immediately put the shoes back in the box and returned them. I have tried several styles of Propet sneakers and found them to be too uncomfortable to walk in.

Fit perfect and they have 2 inserts to keep in place or take out and use your own shoe inserts!

Bought as a gift for my mother in law, she has fallen arches. She liked the shoes and they fit perfect. She needed a longer vamp and not a rounded toe so these were perfect. She really needed a pair of sneakers immediately and she wears a 13 Narrow and they are super hard to find. They have 2 removable inserts so you can use just 1 or both or none and use your own orthonics (doctor ordered shoe inserts). She found that removing 1 of the inserts and put in her orthonics she had the support she was looking for. When they start to wear she can put in the other insert and they'll be just like new again. Will keep looking for a leather type shoe in this brand since they were true to size.

Seem 1/2 size small

I have purchased various Propet footwear in the past and have always been happy with the product. These, although well made and comfortable, seem to run a bit small. I have large feet for a woman size 12.5 and usually just buy size 13 to accommodate thick socks in winter and I've never had a problem. These are an exact fit, no room for thicker sock. It surprised me. But as I said, they are comfortable and I will be keeping them.

Won’t work with a high instep

If you have a high instep this won’t work for you! The leather piece that goes across the bridge of the foot is extremely tight. If you are able to get your foot in (lucky you…my instep is even higher than yours!) that strap will be extremely restrictive.
