My earlier review was 1 Star because my grandson and I got to the end, and a piece was missing. We looked all around the area of the kitchen table where we assembled it, but it wasn’t there. I should have waited to write the review. The next morning, we both were surprised to see the ‘missing’ piece was in the puzzle. He thought I found it; I thought he found it. After school, his brother told me he found it in the living room—very ‘puzzling’ because the pieces were taken out of the box in the kitchen. Hmmm. Now it looks great & I’m totally satisfied. By the way, another reviewer mentioned counting the pieces before starting. This ‘1000’ piece and another Ravensburger puzzle (Beatles) that we completed actually have 1,008 pieces. They are 36 pieces across and 28 pieces down, and all the rows line up. 36 x 28 = 1,008. Happy counting.

Best in Class

The Ravensburger Disney Pixar Movies 1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle for Adults was the first Ravensburger puzzle we had ever made. On a weekend trip to Cape Cod we all gathered in the dinning room and had at it. 5 hours of fun and banter latter we had it finished. These puzzles are simply better than the others. The fit is perfect and the thickness is as well. Check out their store site here on Amazon. There is something for everyone. Since this purchase, I got a universe , Beatles album covers and Disney animated movie puzzles. Simply said, we are hooked!

Bright fun puzzle

**update** I contacted Ravensburger puzzles and they were quick in answering. They offered to replace the full puzzle or to send another puzzle. Great customer service - very pleased. We decided to hang the puzzle with missing pieces - has some character:) This was the first puzzle the kids and I did together. We enjoyed the content and each picked a “movie” to put together. In the end , it was disappointing to find 4 pieces were missing. We had planned on hanging it. I did reach out to Ravensburger, and will see what happens. Overall, it was nice to spend time as a family working on this piece.

Beautiful family activity!

This was a very fun family puzzle! We're planning a Disney Cruise and this was a great way to build excitement for it. Our family generally does 500 piece puzzles, but as our daughters are now a bit older (12 and 14) we wanted to try something a bit more difficult. This was perfect! With 4 of us working (2 of us consistently and the other two in awkward shifts) the entire thing took about 6 hours. The division of the 9 films helped us to group things by color scheme and to figure out our border fairly quickly. The pieces were all cut well and made of a nice, heavy material. None of them were bent or had image separation. We're not a family that frames our puzzles, but this one would certainly be suitable for framing. Further, we've had issues in the past with puzzle boxes being flimsy and breaking at the edges, but this was not a problem with this product. It's quite durable and well made.

Ravensburger Puzzles Always High Quality

I love Disney puzzles, particularly the ones related to movie posters. I also have great confidence, based on multiple experiences, with Ravensburger Puzzles. I've purchased several during my pandemic hibernation, and each one was fun and challenging. This particular Pixar puzzle was a bit challenging. My husband and I spent several pleasant days working on this together. Each piece clicked into place nicely, and the thickness of the pieces added to the enjoyment.

my 6 year old grandson is crazy about puzzles. the good thing with this one is it is taking time to do. he and his grandad spend ages doing it together, appeals to both of them. the fac that there are 9 pictures in the complete puzzle, is fun, they can each choose which one to do. an excellent buy.

Great Puzzle

Ravensburger makes the best puzzles out there and this one is no exception. Not to hard for a 1000 piece puzzle, mostly due to the variety of bright colours and shapes (no huge mono-chrome areas). Fun for kids and adults alike

Surprisingly fun

I'm not an avid fan of all things Disney, but this jigsaw is great. Good clear colours, which contrast well. You can choose to concentrate on one area only if you wish as it has 9 pictures. This took me about 6 hours...quicker than my normal rate of about 10-11 hours for a 1000 piece puzzle. :)
