My wife loves this thing! Found out quick that in addition to plenty of lube, need to have some sex before using it. The additional girth isn't huge, bit if the fit is snug to begin with it's noticeable. Her first impression went from "I don't know" to "that feels finda funky" to "oh, ok" to me wishing we had laid down extra towels first. So yeah, takes a few to... um , get comfortable with the feeling of it at first. After a bit though, it really stimulated her G-spot. As far as the feeling I got from it was pretty much nothing except the head. Weird and a bit frustrating, but worth every moment watching her. So yeah, I found this to be great fun and a welcome addition to our femdom play. The material itself is nice and stretchy, although at first I wasn't sure about the sac loop but it;s held up (two months now). Definitely not for the average uncircumcised guys.
Buying this, you need to be aware of a few things: 1. Your captain's length has to be at least 6 inches. 2. Your captain's girth has to be at least 5.5 inches. 3. Your captain needs to be circumcised. 4. Your woman needs to be extremely aroused with lots of natural lubrication, or use substitute lubrication. I got 2 of 4. #2, I'm only 5.25. #3, I'm not. Problem is, it slides up and down my shaft due to loose fitting, and since I'm not circumcised, foreskin contribute to the sliding movement. Not even that strap around the scrotum will help, since any fluid gotten underneath the supporting strap will cause the strap to be useless. But, I can tell you one thing, when your woman is kinky, the bumps will help her get pretty aroused.

Disappointing
Unless your penis's shaft is perfectly sized to match this sleeve, you're probably going to be quiet disappointed. Material used in manufacturing is quite stiff, so the circumference could be too large for some guys (and cause discomfort for your partner); or too small to accommodate the girth of other larger endowed guys. This would probably be a great sleeve if it were manufactured in a stretchier, more accommodating material.

This could have been a bit tighter. I'm not the smallest or thinnest but I wanted to add a bit more girth to spice things up. It's good and it fits but i think it would be the right fit for a guy who's already girthy.

If she is a queen size, I suppose she will enjoy it, otherwise not.
Personally, I like it. It fits me very well and makes me feeling proud of my new tool. Unfortunatelly, my wife is not enjoying much, saying that I am much too big when wearing it. Don't know what to think about it ... finally it probably depends particularily on your size and also your woman size, especially if she is a queen size, I suppose she will enjoy it, otherwise not.
