Cracked on first trip

I liked this at first but the suitcase got a major crack the first time I checked it on an airplane. Makes me question the durability.

Love these!

This suitcase is sooo pretty. It is iridescent nearly and just a total statement. I've used it twice now and it's gotten a little dinged up, but I have never had a hard plastic suitcase that didn't get dinged up. If you saw how they manhandle these are the airport... you'd know why. BUY IT

Luggage that Lasts and GREAT Customer Support

I bought this luggage back in 2016. It has been on many trips since then and received a lot of abuse. After almost 7 years of use the wheels finally needed to be replaced. I contacted customer service for the replacement and they sent me 2 free wheels! It was so easy to take off and put the new ones on. I HIGHLY recommend this luggage. It's light, reliable and has an awesome team behind them.

Overall Good

My daughter needed a set of luggage for an upcoming trip - we had grown up past the travel size princess suit case. I wanted a low cost but durable investment and this set seemed to fit the bill, plus it came in my daughter's favorite color purple. The best quality about this set is the weight. Both cases are lightweight and easy to maneuver through airport traffic. So much so that my 9 year consistently wanted to wheel the carry on through the airport herself and did it with ease. Second I love the range of colors it is available in. As I mentioned we got the purple, but I love the options besides black because who likes looking at the sea of black suitcases on the conveyor trying to find yours. I will mention that the interior has a gray dotted print which looks a little feminine - I would expect that with purple luggage. I don't know if a similar print is in all the colors but be aware if that might be an issue - it does look girly. Third, while not super hard sided I do love the durable feel of the outside which survived at least one airplane trip thus far and I did see the man-handling of the luggage being loaded on the plan so I am glad it had a little better protection. It comes with two locks that are easy to use. As for the cons - I wish the luggage came with buckles to hold your stuff in place on both sides. Instead one side has the buckles and the other side has a fabric zip cover. I would rather both sides be the same although I can see some benefit. It is just that on the fabric side alone your stuff tends to slip all around and get wadded together if it is not packed to the gills.

Absolute. Garbage.

I departed YYZ with a fully functioning brand new luggage set with 4 wheels which was packed nowhere near the airlines “oversized” weight limit. I arrived in CVG 4 hours later to collect the large luggage piece which now only had 3 wheels. Then after not using the luggage for 8 days I departed CVG with 3 wheels and arrived home in YYZ to find the suitcase was now down to only 2 functioning wheels. This set is simply just light weight garbage. Absolute. Garbage. Save yourself the frustration and just spend the money on a better set. If this set is meant to be a joke, I’m not laughing.

Beautiful set but the wheels will be a problem

Love how the set looks, my only problem are the wheels. I used the luggage a handful of times so far for a few flights and I don't think the wheels are going to hold up. I didn't pack much into the luggage each trip so its not from being over stuffed with items. Im surprised the wheels lasted on my last flight, I was expecting them to break off going from one end of the airport to the next.

Good Value for the Dollar!

Happy with this new luggage regarding durability and ease of movement but hate the having to open it up fully to access items inside, takes us so much more space than my older soft side which just had the one zipper flap to open. Like the value but don't love the new hard sided luggage. Travelled 2 trips thus far and is holding up with a few scuffs.

So it came already indented. Worried how it will fair in my trip. Hmm Otherwise , super light weight, moves well. But let’s see Update !! Did two trips , around 2 holiday periods and it’s still going!
