Great Customer Support

A few days after I ordered my Ryka sneakers, I received a transit report notice and realized I did not change my old shipping address. I contacted the store and they got back to me right away to let me know they would redirect the sneakers. A few days later I received the sneakers at my new address, no problem. I was amazed at how willing they were to help me and Gabriel shoes needs to be recognized for great customer care. Unfortunately, the sneakers were a little tight on my toe so I am returning them. They do look like great quality though.

They fit well.

I got these for my wife, 2nd pair. She says they fit well and are comfortable. It appears they aren’t the longest lasting shoe. Her first pair are worn about 5 hours a week and lasted about 6 months.

Very comfy

I originally got these to wear for zumba but they don't offer an easy slide spot on the front sole. I liked them well enough to wear for everyday.

Loathe the color, love the shoes.

Look, I wear a women's size 5.5 wide with high arches and it's nearly impossible to find shoes. The regular 5.5 in this style had a wide enough toe box that my short, fat little feet fit just fine. They were comfortable "no breaking in necessary" right out of the box, good arch support, springy and light. I loathe the color and these are still my new favorite shoes ever.

I buy a half size bigger so I can use insert arch supports.

These are my court (Pickleball) shoes. I've bought them twice. I really like them. They have a little wider toe which is great. My one complaint is there is no real arch support, like in most shoes. I do have to put in arch supports.

Nice shoe

I would have given these shoes a 5 star except for 2 issues, there was a odd spot on the insole that caused a nasty blister in the area just behind the little toe and issue #2 the sole is wearing quickly. I bought these for my girlfriend who works a mail carrier walking on average 12 miles a day and only 10 days in the sole is starting to show significant wear. A small factor of comparison she normally wears Asics and can get almost a year of walking before the sole is shot.

Ryka women’s sneaker

I unfortunately had to return these, I have bought Ryka sneakers for years and use them for cross training and Zumba. This particular pair seemed to be very cheaply made in my opinion, very thin without much cushioning

These shoes were repackaged in an Amazon shoe box and had been tried on by another customer, as you can see by the photo taken once I opened the package. While the fit for the size was accurate and the arch support was great, I felt even less cushion under the pads of my feet and toes than when I wear my 7 year old Nikes for Zumba. It was as if I was wearing thin slippers. Not worth $100! I have ceramic floors and instruct Zumba from home and dance mostly on my toes. I will stick with my old Nikes for now, which obviously still have better cushioning than new Ryke shoes! These will be going back.

Most comfortable trainers for HIIT

Best trainers I’ve ever owned. Bought for HIIT after reading online about which trainers were rated good for this type of exercise, and these were highly rated. Provides great arch and lateral support in comparison to a normal running shoe which was what I really needed for all the twists and turns. Really comfortable footbed. Maybe runs a little small length wise - bought these in a UK6 and I normally wear a UK 5.5 / 6 and have narrow feet. These are a perfect fit on my 5.5 foot but my toe is quite to the front on my 6 foot, so if you are a standard 6 for example, it might be worth getting a half size up. Delivery from the US was amazing - I ordered late on a Wednesday evening and they were in my hands Friday lunchtime! Had never heard of Rykä (made for women) until now and don’t seem to be able to get them in the UK - definitely worth importing.

Less cushion for impact especially in the toe, artch support is also lacking.

Unfortunately have been sent too small

3 stars for sending the wrong size. Shoes are very nice, very comfortable, super breathable and hold your ankle very well. Unfortunately they came 2 sizes smaller (7,5 instead 8,5). If they came only 1 size smaller (8) they would be ok too. These shoes were sent back and I already ordered another pair of different colors but again they came 2 sizes smaller (7 instead of 8) so they are going back too. Shame as the shoes are very nice. Will not order them again as they are 20 pounds more expensive now... I recommend putting proper size chart on the website.
