Just Like I Remember!
I remember when I was a kid this is exactly what the dinosaurs looked like. Now that I’m older and the dinosaurs are all gone (where the heck did they go?) this dinosaur brings back great memories of when I used to ride them and keep them as pets. Those were the days. Things were much simpler back then. We all got along. Thanks for the memories.

Nice to have, but a boring design
Schleich dinosaurs are just made well. Plain and simple. The design of them is always top notch, with a realistic design, that is made to last. The coloring is always great with such accuracy, and even though it may peel slightly after a lot of rough play, the next layer of color just shows through a little. It doesn’t usually peel off in big chunks or anything, just tiny areas because they are hand painted. True works of art. These are shipped as just the dinosaur with a tag, but they ship fine. This adheres to the same principles of all Schleich dinosaurs, but I think because it is a triceratops, there just isn’t a lot they can do with the design to make it look cool. Does it look accurate? Yes. Is it awesome to look at? No. We like it, and it does get used because we only have some of these types of dinosaurs, but it gets a 4 more because of the fact that you cannot really design a triceratops to look cool in my opinion, not because Schleich really missed in their design. Still nice to have though.

For the dinosaur lovers in your house, these are AWESOME! Yes they are small, but they sturdy and VERY detailed. These will easily replace the cheap plastic dinosaurs that break with normal play. Yes, they are expensive.. but I’d rather pay extra for the detail and sturdiness of the figure.

Beautiful toy. Invested in these dinosaur and no regrets. My toddler is rough with his toys and I can tell these will last. We got 3, brontosaurus was his favorite!

Beautifully painted, sturdy and despite a lot of “falls” and “fights” with other dinosaurs, this guys is holding up nicely! My 4 year old LOVES it! We’ve had it for a few months now and got no complains.

Amazing. My son loves these. They’re heavy, super detailed and very well made. Looks awesome. Well worth the investment if your kids love dinosaurs.

Trice
This is a usual high quality Schleich toy, healvy, sturdy and with shiny little eyes. Everything is excellent but there is just one unfulfilled (and probably unfulfillable) detail that is bothering me not really allowing to give it 5 stars. Since the good old Trice is unique for having that 360 degrees rotation bone its head used to sit on, what a treat it would have been to have it in this toy, at least partly, and regardless of it becoming much flimsier! Or at least having that option, where people could choose - this sturdy bulky dino or a flimsier Trice. I would have taken risks and bought the latter. Anyways, can only recommend. A grand little toy (not tiny, do not misread) but some mobile parts would have enhanced it.

Beautifully made and treasured.
This dinosaur brand is SUPERB. The figures are lifelike, and very weighty. I probably wouldn’t buy them for a one year old, say. They could definitely be used as a weapon! They are beautifully made though, and very much treasure by our dinosaur-mad 3 year old. I would absolutely recommend them and will be buying them again.
