Waste of money

Waste of money. Spent $100 for this pillow bc I needed better support from my pillow. I have $10 pillows from Sam's that are more comfortable than this. Very disappointed with my purchase and have an expensive pillow I can't even use. No support at all. Head just sinks in.

Amazing for people who sleep hot

I get hot when I sleep and waking up on a hot pillow is a huge problem for me. In addition to being super soft and cozy, I love how COLD this pillow feels. It takes a very long time for it to get warm. Between this pillow, my weighted blanket, and my super soft mattress, I fall asleep and stay asleep! ????

Great for Hot Sleeper

I am a super hot sleeper so even my pillows can make me too warm at night. This pillow is perfect. It's got the perfect balance of memory foam firmness and yet soft enough to sleep on. It doesn't sink down into the mattress under the weight of my head but still supports my neck. The pillow does have a dark colored side which is visible through white pillow cases.

Cool, moldable, comfy!

Awesome comfort and moldability! Very comfy and cool-ish. Seems a lot of $ for a pillow but we have had them over a month now and are spoiled. Regular pillows are light and uncomfortable now. These are very heavy but you can make them so comfy!! So glad to have them.

Bait And Switch Or Just Plain Stupidiy

DO NOT ORDER A PILLOW FROM AMAZON! YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR.... I ordered two Serta iComfort Carbon Fiber Memory Foam Pillow, Queen, Gray. What i received was a Serta perfect Sleeper Graphite Infused Memory Foam Pillow, Oversized Traditional, Grey. Which Is a inferior and less expensive memory foam pillow. I ordered TWO pillows not ONE and got ripped off. It said i was ordering it from amazon.ca but it came from amazon.com who is had it sent to them from elite comfort solutions Inc. and charged me more than they were worth. i paid $215 CAD a piece for two $99 USD pillows that were worth $130-140 CAD tops, and the pillows i recieved were worth $75 USD not the same pillow and was dated 2004 it nearly 20 years old WTF. And the the pressure relief holes in the foam are not cut out nicely like in the pictures the are hunks of memory foam torn out from the holes hanging off the pillow that make it feel lumpy. This would need to be picked off in order to use the pillow. I am not sure if it is even a real Serta pillow, if it is it has to be a reject would explain why its been collecting dust for eighteen years. Not impressed, Will be getting a Refund! Thanks Amazon... If I could give less than one star i would...
