Don’t waste your money! Brown mass floating in mine too
I see *now* that every other recent review has the same problem, so it’s crazy that the seller is still sending these out. This bottle has a big brown mass in it that looks like mold. It looks nothing like what’s pictured. It’s not like you can shake the bottle and fix it. I requested a refund and I will be throwing this away.

Contaminated Product
Right out of the box, this product had some weird brown column floating in it. It looked disgusting, but I tried to shake it up in case it was dyes or some of the product settling, but it would not mix back in. There is no seal, shrink wrap, or other tamper proof packaging on this bottle, so I am very concerned about the integrity of the product. Not sure if it is expired or a bad batch, but I will be throwing it away.

Product arrived unsealed. Weird brown glob floating in the bottle. This seller needs to be removed from Amazon. Contacting Amazon and Shea Moisture to report them. Unsafe to put on you or your baby’s body. Scary product!

DON'T BUY - Weird substance found inside bottle
I bought this product after reading the great reviews and was shocked when it arrived at me with some weird dark chunky substance floating inside of it. Assuming it was an accident and that this product may have been expired etc I ordered a replacement of it only to receive ANOTHER bottle of this product with the same chunky jello bulk inside of it as the first one. Not sure if there was a bad shipment or what but is absolutely disgusting, unsanitary, and I will not ever be purchasing this product again and would not recommend anyone to purchase it.

I wanted to try a new scent. For me I didn't like it and it seemed to have stuff settled at the bottom. For me though I dont like the scent.

I'd say medium
I got the honey apricot. Things I liked -moisturizing, left me soft - kid friendly, bubbles a lot for bath time. Things I dislike -has like plant base smell thats it -ig the honey was all stuck in the bottom I shook it up literally the first 3 times I used it but the next time it was settled again it also smelled like nothing lol.
