Handy as can be!
This light is so handy! I got sick of tripping over a lamp I had pointed at my plants with a grow light bulb. This was easy to install and sits exactly where I need it too. I also have it plugged into a smart plug so I can set and forget. I will be ordering more for other area's of my house.

perfect for what i need except the switch is near the end of the cord.
using it for my plant grow light that weighs a pound. real heavy for a bulb but this cord is carrying the weight effortlessly. great quality. i love that it comes with 2 hooks and these support tab thingies. the only reason why i knocked off a star is bc the switch is all the way near the end by the plug??? and not in the middle where it would’ve been much easier to have?? the design of it doesn’t make sense. i’m getting a smart surge protector so that i don’t have to keep squatting down and reaching under my shelf where it’s tucked under just to turn it off/on. tad bit annoying but it’s just a first world problem.

Perfect for DIY pendant lamps
Both cords work perfectly, no flickering-- no loose wonky connections anywhere. Cord is the nice old typical thick lamp cord thickness--meaning not thin and flimsy like many newer cords are. Very bright white. Hasn't discolored yet in 3+ish months of use near a window. Perfect match for a heavier DIY hanging lamp, or puzzle lamp project. Very nice having the extra length for playing around with the ceiling placement of my lamp. CAlso, the cord does not hum. Some do...and if you know what I'm referring to, you'll be happy to know this one stays quiet!

I got six 20 foot cords with ceiling hooks for $46.99CA on Prime. I think it's a good deal. I was looking at buying the Ikea Hemma cords which are only 15 feet long (and don't come with the hooks) for $10 each but Ikea's shipping cost is ridiculous! So, I saved a bit of money and got longer cords. A way better deal than Ikea. I received them very quickly to my rural address, so I'm a happy camper.

Fire Hazard
I purchased these lights to use with the handmade pendant lampshades that I have created. Unfortunately, the lights become so hot that I am not comfortable to use them at all, as they could start a fire. The socket becomes so hot that if you touch it while the light is on, you will burn your hand. It is disappointing, because otherwise the cords are adequate in length and the lights are a good price, but due to the fire risk they are too hazardous to use.
