Great for comfort and foot support

Great for foot pain while working out. These are used in my workout shoes to help support my arch and comfort my metatarsal area. Definitely recommend! I ordered a L for a size nine shoe and it fits perfectly

Very thin

Had the old version of these but they don't make them anymore. Tried new version and it's very thin under the ball of your foot which gives little to no support. Not good for high impact fitness classes I needed them for...had to return.

great insoles for support and great value

These inserts really give support in my athletic shoes. The support that comes in a new pair is not very good. I have high arches, and these give me a lot more support and make my shoes feel new for a lot longer. Great value, some inserts that are comparable to this support are expensive.

Goodbye foot pain

I have high arches and I hate the flimsy inserts that have no support under the arch. They'll say they're for high arches, but they're junk. These have been great. My feet feel so much better and I've been able to correct my gait (I walk on the outsides of my feet). Only thing that isn't great is that my toes hang off the edge I have giant feet though (11.5 women's), so the odds of finding something that would 100% fit my feet was slim to none. I recommend this product!

Disappointed that it does not provide enough support for my high arches

For several years I have used a much better insole that Sof Sole makes which has a firm nylon plate. Unfortunately, that item had become unavailable, so I tried the next best choice. Although it does provide some support for my high arches, it is just too soft and so I would not buy it again.

New style Not supportive as old

The old red arch support sof sol insoles, I have used for YEARS. I use them when I run, bike & hike. I wore the same pair for 800 miles on the AZT. However, the new ones suck. The offer zero arch support, the grey top material is slick and my foot slides when I walk. I am disappointed that they "improved" a great product. I am annoyed that I have to find another insole that will work for my feet. I average 150 miles a month, running and hiking alone, so this is really irritating.
