Careful before you reorder.....

I ordered one of these bowls to see, first, if I liked its quality and functionality. I decided to order a second one because I like to wash/dry bowls in-between my dog's meals. I went to order a second one and thought I had pulled up the wrong item.....the cost had gone up 50%. Sorry.....I am not paying 50% more than I did only days ago.

Good bowls, BAD labels.

I bought 2 of these bowls at the same time. The bowls are decent stainless steel dog bowls. One of them, I removed the inner label and the UPC label with no trouble-peeled right off. The second bowl: the UPC label came right off. The inner label did not. A good deal of WD-40, a plastic scraper and a Magic Eraser later, I have a clean bowl. Do not buy these bowls if you don't like using a lot of elbow grease to get labels off. It was a real pain. If you like playing the odds that you will get an easy one, by all means, buy these.

I guess I like it, for the price you get two

Is it stainless steel? Or aluminum? It’s flimsy and almost bendable. Sticker came off easy no problem they bowls are large I purchased for my two cats as you can see um, over kill! Better for a small to medium dog. I’ll have hydrated cats. It works and I’m happy with how it looks. I hope it will not stain or get weird crusty white marks on it I guess that all depends if it’s stainless steel.

Great replacement bowl

We had bought an elevated food and water bowl stand for our large dogs. The bowls came coated with a paint that started chipping within a month. Needing a replacement bowl, I purchased one of these as a test. In the mean time I have reordered this bowl multiple times, getting rid of all coated bowls. My dogs prefer these bowls over the original color coated bowls. Nice thing is they easily handle the dishwasher and the abuse from two enthusiastic eaters.

Nice bowls

I raw feed so I’m careful to use clean bowls for every feeding. They have held up to the sanitize wash in my dishwasher very well and come out looking like new. For those complaining about the sticker being difficult to remove here are your easy-to-do options: 1) use a blow dryer on hot to heat up the glue and peel off 2) pour straight distilled vinegar in the bowl and let it sit for an hour 3) pour Goo-Gone on the sticker and let it sit for 15 minutes or so 4) don’t be so impatient/lazy You’re welcome.

Take the sticker off BEFORE you throw it ion the dishwasher and it comes right off.

This is a nice set of bowl. Nice Stainless. I did NOT have any problem taking the sticker off. I just received mine yesterday - I just pulled the sticker off FIRST thing. both the sticker inside the bowl and the barcode on the bottom came off within 30 seconds. The trick is, with all these cheap glue stickers, is to take the sticker off before exposing to hot temperature or water. So, if you put the bowl in dishwasher first w/o taking off the sticker, then it will get really glued. Worse case scenario use a few drops of water to remove teh top part of sticker and then some acetone (nail polish remover) top remove the residual glue.

Great Water Bowls for Cats or Small Dogs

They moved the UPC stickers to the bottom instead of inside the bowl as many reviews complained about. There were still stickers inside but they peeled off easily. We use these for our cats water bowls. They are thin & lightweight but do the job & are easy to clean.

Got what I paid for

I can't really complain about the product. I bought them for a little over $2.00 each. Other reviews were a bit harsh. Think about it. If you are paying under $3.00 for a stainless bowl, of course it is not going to be heavy. If you are complaining about the stickers, well then soak them in hot water and Dawn dish soap. Like I said, I paid a little over $2.00 each. I bought 6. I really can't complain. For the price, I got what I should. If I wanted a high quality, heavier bowl, then obviously I would have paid more.

Great!

I ended up buying 6 of these. With feeding a raw diet, I love the light-weight bowls and being able to have multiples in order to maintain cleanliness. Easy to hand wash or throw in the dishwasher. One of the six does have a different profile (a wider lip), and I do place them on a towel so they don't move around so much, but with a puppy, by the time she eats three raw meals a day, plus a water bowl, and a travel bowl, a single pricey bowl wouldn't cut it.

serves its purpose

Excellent bowl, bought for our large beed pup. MUCH easier than filling our old smaller bowl multiple times a day. Since it is a pretty basic stainless steel bowl it would have been nicer to see it at a lower price point. It is used on a silicone mat and the pup is pretty gentle so there hasn't been any issue with sliding or moving though it is extremely light weight.

I like the product its deep and my dog really likes it. My husband made a feeding stand for the dog and he was able to fit the dish in there.

Great dishes

Really liked the cost. Great value for the money. We have a dog boarding kennel and the dishes are used and cleaned a lot. They are holding up really well.
