Really nice pictures of bugs
Grandson loves bugs. Unfortunately, he seemed uninterested in the game but did like to look at the pictures of the bugs.

My 3 YO Grandson Loves these!
These Insect Picture memory cards are a blast for any insect-loving kid...or adult. We have so much fun matching these bugs up. Grammo talks about the insect's name and color, so it's a handy teaching tool. We usually split the deck up as there are so many it needs a large area to spread them out. The only critique I have is that I wish they were just a bit thicker, as excited little hands can fold them quite easily.

Great Photos of Bugs
Loved the great bug pictures. Just swish the cards were thicker. They are made of thin cardstock.

Flimsy Cards, Amazing Pictures
My preschoolers love the cards! We've used them for memory and other games exploring the world of insects. The cards are a bit flimsy and delicate.

Good price/quality, some unappealing images.
These cards are mostly what I expected from reading the reviews. They are like waxed playing cards. They have a variety of insect images. To be honest most of them are the more disgusting insects.... Snails, earwigs, ticks, scorpions, worms. The only "beautiful" insects are the butterfly and the ladybug. Dragon flies can be beautiful, but the image on these cards isn't. They spelled preying mantis wrong. (Praying). These cards serve their purpose as educational for my 4 year old. We have played the game several times since he got these for Christmas last month. The price of this product is fair. I guess I just don't like looking at a few of the matches... They make me cringe.

Definite design and educational content flaws
The cards are smaller and flimsier than a deck of cards. It won't hold up for long. My wife laminated them so that they will hold up to the wear and tear that children will put them through. There are several species of animals on the cards that are not insects or "bugs". They include a snail and a slug (mollusks), and a worm (an annelid). There are several others that I won't mention here since even though they aren't true insects or bugs (e.g. spiders) young kids won't really know the difference. They also confused a millipede for a centipede on another card. The designers of these cards certainly aren't educators, well versed in insect biology, or understand how tough kids can be on a card game like this.

Lovely images, cards are thinner than expected
These cards are really thin, but we still love them. It is nice to find cartoons with real bugs instead of cartoonish ones.

Good but rather highlt priced
Beautiful cards with great images of insects - ideal for our after-school gardening club. Rather expensive however.

My grandkids loved the pics and loved matching them! I just wish the cards were a bit bigger!
