Pretty and big - durability still in doubt

Bought this a year ago and when it arrived we opened it to make sure it was ok. Loved how pretty and big it was. We were FINALLY able to go camping and use it. If you don’t have big dogs and it is going to be on a nice, clean smooth surface you should be fine. My lab jumped around a bit and I could see where it was starting to separate. Also there was an area that was on top of a small branch or twig and when someone stepped on it the rug separated. Also do not drag a chair or table on it as it will cause it to separate. We had 24 mph winds and the tie down straps worked great with our stakes. It was easy to clean with a broom. The bag it came with is very thin but large enough to be able to easily put it back into for storage. I am not sure how many uses we will get out of this when camping but are hopeful.

Carry bag too small

They provide a carry bag with the mat. No way it goes back in the bag after it's been used. The bag is way too small.

Love the design and size. Quality could be a little better. Will hopefully last a few camping seasons.

Great area coverage

In Hawaii we have used these types of goza mats for as long as I can remember. fine dust will kick up through it, but for the most part it serves it's purpose. If you want to make it water proof, just throw a plastic tarp under it first or just use one of those grey or blue tarps from Ace or Wal Mart and you'll be fine.

Not what I ordered.

The one I received is great. It's not the one I ordered but I like it. We were leaving for vacation so I didn't have time to send it back and get the right one. The one I received is the one that says " Home is where we park it" on it. I didn't want this one because you can't reverse it or the printing is backwards. But I've already used it' so I'll keep it.

Way too flimsy

The mat looks nice but is way too flimsy to walk on. Like walking on saran wrap. We rolled it out on our berber carpet and our dog walked across it and put holes in it. Can't even imagine walking on it with an uneven surface underneath it. Would tear a hole with every tiny pebble or twig. Positive: had a great return policy. Mailed it back at no charge and received a full refund; no hassles, no expenses.
