Good product but doesn't last long

I bought this in February 2022 and it's been a pretty good warmer but all of the sudden it just stopped working. I liked that it got pretty hot, can even probably cook food but I only used it to hold food. I mostly got this one because you can drain the water out but it comes out so slow it would take forever so I just dumped the water out. I had noticed lately it wasn't getting as hot as it used to (before we had to turn it way down or the water was boiling) and it hasn't done that in a while but it still worked, until yesterday ugh. The power light still comes on and we have the heat turned up but the water is still cold inside ???? I've had this just barely over a year and now have to buy another one. It says on the description there is a 2 year warranty but I can't figure out how to do it or even contact anyone about it, they usually make these things too hard so people don't try. I guess next time I'll just get a cheaper warmer since they're all disposable anyway it seems. Oh well you live and learn.

We like to host parties. Bought this to use for those occasions. Has functioned perfectly. Easy to clean. No leaks and should last.

Great for parties

I throw a lot of parties...and I usually BBQ for everyone. I bought one of these to keep my chicken, Tri-Tip and jalapeno poppers warm for everyone to pick at throughout the night. It worked perfect! After everyone got their share off the grill when everything first came off all the remaining stuff went in this warmer to stay warm so my friends can help themselves throughout the night. None of the food in it went cold, it kept everything warm and ready to eat all night long and didnt dry any of the meat out. All the food tastes 5 hours later just as it did when it came off the grill. I liked this so much I bought a second one so when my friends bring hot foods over to the party we can throw them in. Lots of my friends by store bought wings or potato weges... or make chili... Now they have a place to keep their food warm. Really happy with the two I bought. No problems at all. You pour water inbthe main unit. Set the temp you want and then put the three metal container with food in it. That's all. Cleaning is easy. Water drains out easily and the 3 containers can be thrown inbthe washer. Highly recommend. Glad I have two. I may end up buying a third.

Great for keeping food at a holding temperature. Even works to slowly melt chocolate.

Used daily in a commercial kitchen

I don’t personally use this but it is used daily in our restaurant for months now. The cooks asked for it and have said many times “it’s great” and “thank you.” It makes their lives easier. I looked at more expensive ones and this one gets the job done just fine.

Convient and efficient

This product was the best out of all of the ones I've bought due to our restaurant. the on and off button is really easy to use on the side and you could just turn it off with out fully closing the heat knob. The heat knob has 5 heat levels which makes it easy to set to the level you would like. But the water release mechanism on the side that looks like the one on the tea machines are easy to use and allows us to change the water fast and easily. The size of it allows you to put 3 one third plates and 2 one half plates. This has just enough room, so far it has no issues.

Commercial use

We used this in our food truck over the summer for pulled pork, brisket and more. It works extremely well. Would definitely recommend, only thing I will critique is the tap. It has a very slow flow and its 10x quicker to just tip the water out. So the extra for the tap isn't worth it in my opinion.

Makes Christmas dinner more manageable!

This food warmer makes the vegetables stay hot and allows time to cook and cut the meats on a very busy day of cooking for a large family gathering! I had the tap option, but honestly quicker to lift and tip water into sink! Ideal I would say for curries and soups as well. I can see loads of use and borrowed alot as well!

Cheap Chinese garbage

1 month use and it's done it's not what you see on the picture, there's no logo it's garbage, it's been laying in a corner for month just took me awhile to review
