I love this lightweight bag!

I was looking for a backpack to carry as a purse that was not too heavy. This bag fit my needs perfectly! I love that it holds everything I need it too. It has several different inside pockets and outer zippered pockets to help me stay organized. It’s a great bag!

Stores a lot of stuff

Although it's too new to gauge its durability, I can say that it's practical and sturdy. I fit all of my previous bag's contents with much room to spare. One thing that disappoints is that the two smaller zipped pockets are too tight for my smartphone (because it has a case). The other storage areas are definitely ample in size and the style is clean.

Damaged

Product came with tears in the front. Amazon told me to contact Sak directly and they then told me to talk to Amazon since this product wasn’t available any longer. Very disappointed. Had expected higher quality knowing this brand.

Gorgeous bag that stinks up the whole house.

A completely gorgeous, utterly beautiful bag that emits a foul chemical odor probably from the inclusion of recycled plastic which is the cause of stinking up everything since 2019, so I should have known better. Worse than the smell, it gives me headaches and kept me awake though it was way in the other room. So it's quarter to three, as the song goes, and I've wrapped it up, cancelled another order (I've had enough!) and returning one more (wrapped that up too on a roll). Get all this everything new these days stinks out of my sight. The bag is so absolutely beautiful. What a disappointment ... and thanks for a ruined day tomorrow (no sleep) and another one down the drain schlepping it all to UPS. So tired of this chemical stink coming out of everything you buy.
