Great for special events, comfortable and cute!
I wore this to a military retirement ceremony for a 3-star general. The ceremony was outside and it was a little breezy and warm - perfect dress for the occasion. The only thing that was slightly annoying was that the bow/belt thing that you tie kept coming untied, but I probably could have knotted it to avoid that. It came to a modest knee-length for me, and I really wanted a little bit of shoulder coverage since it was a more "proper" event. Colors are a black background with royal blue and white specks. Fluttery and feminine - I'd definitely recommend giving this one a try.
