Conditioner FIRST and Shampoo Second for Flat Thin Hair !!!
I finally figured it out for my baby fine lifeless hair. I need conditioner prior to shampooing because my hair is way too limp. I get in the shower wet my hair thoroughly and add conditioner concentrating on grown out hair the most and less on top I leave on for a minute and then rinse lightly before shampooing. That's the secret for me that is a total game changer. Good luck !

Moisturizing but very hard to rinse out
I have been buying TRESemmé for many years. It is the brand that my mom always used. She got me hooked on their products, mainly because they just smelled SO GOOD!!! This is my first time trying the Full Fiber Volume conditioner. I am VERY picky about conditioners because they 1) either weigh my fine hair down so much that it looks incredibly flat and/or greasy or 2) they do not easily rinse out of my hair. The Full Fiber Volume conditioner is average in thickness, maybe a little on the thin side, and is easy to spread through my hair. I apply from mid length to ends, rarely on the top of my head unless my hair is INCREDIBLY dry and brittle. You immediately get that slick, slimy feeling on your hair when applying and unfortunately, it does NOT rinse out easily. I felt that I wasn't ever able to fully rinse out the conditioner. Even after drying, my hair felt overly coated. The fragrance is very pleasant - light, fresh, and a bit floral. It smells nice in the shower but doesn't linger long on my hair after drying. I did not notice any volumizing benefits, even when I did try applying it to all of my hair, including the top of my head. It did provide a good amount of moisturization and left my hair feeling soft and tangle free. However, I just didn't like how poorly it rinsed out of my hair and how coated it left my hair feeling.
