Not for larger cats
I love the durability of Trixie products. I had a different product before but my "baby" grew up and knocked it over doing a running jump playing with his smaller older brother because it had a stand then condo and it became unbalanced. This has the condo at the base so with running jumps it is more stationary. He does get in the condo, barely. He loves hammocks and doesn't mind if too small. I know it says "junior" in description but also states "large". My " baby" is 17 pounds and still growing so we will see. The first product lasted over 2 years ( I had to take base off and have condo on floor) and I hope this lasts as long.

My kitty loooooves the baza grande.
We got the baza grande. Easy, quick assembly (15-20 minutes tops). My cat loves it! The hardest part about putting it together was keeping her off it long enough to put all the pieces together. She is about 10 pounds and fits in the hammock just fine, and I’m sure larger cats would fit fine as well. The hammock has a good amount of depth, and kitties tend to love to curl up so even if they’re longer than the hammock they squish in pretty well, haha. My kitty can get a little crazy and runs up the side, jumps off, and otherwise rocks the tower around but it’s pretty sturdy and I haven’t worried about her tipping it over. She’s also really picky about scratching posts but I’ve caught her using these ones multiple times (she willfully refuses to use scratching posts usually, so that’s saying something). She fits through the cubby hole easily and there’s honestly room for a smallish dog in there, at least two chubby kitties could fit comfortably inside. The material it is covered with is soft like a synthetic fur blanket. The Pom Pom dangley thing is still holding strong after at least a month of her batting at it every so often. The post holding the top platform is slightly not straight up, but that might just be the way we put it together. Either way, it’s stable enough for her to climb and flail around on (again, she’s crazy). It’s getting colder here and before we bought this, our cat was getting pretty cuddly for the warmth, but the first week or so she had this she wouldn’t leave the hammock, despite the cold. She loves this thing. If you’re thinking about getting a tree, I 100% recommend the baza grande (I don’t know about the other models, that’s the only one we have). My kitty had a tree from petsmart (that was twice the price) that she hung out in before this one, but now she pretty much exclusively sits in this one, even though the other one is by a window and this one isn’t. Hope this helps!

and I expect them to easily reach at least 11 pounds
I bought this cat tree (the tall multi-level one) because it has large spaces for my kitties. So many cat trees these days are made for kittens or midgets. I have always considered a 12-pound cat to be average. Cats can weigh as much as 21 pounds and not be overweight, depending on the breed. In my life, I have only had one cat that was small; he was 8 lbs. This tree gives my four cats plenty of room. Three of them are under a year old, and I expect them to easily reach at least 11 pounds. The tree did topple over (taking off one star). I wasn't looking at the moment, so I don't know how many cats were on it at the time or what they were doing (they can get quite rowdy when playing with that puff ball, even hanging upside-down on the post). I turned the tree so that the post was against the wall because that is the side that is unbalanced as far as weight distribution and I think that will do the trick. It also keeps the top platform from being turned and then becoming loose. I am quite happy with this purchase and would recommend this tree to anyone who can position the tree against a wall.

Nice tall cat tree
Nice tall cat tree. A little difficult to assemble (Allen wrench and bolts included) but only because you can't just assemble it bottom to top and there are no instructions on what order to attach which part. I'd give the sturdiness a 4/5 because the base could be wider to stabilize it. I like that the material is plush and not carpet (so the cats understand not to tear up the carpet on the floor). It does smell funny, like chemicals, but I'm going that will dissipate in a few days. I was afraid the condo would be small but it's really spacious. Our 10lb tabby fit easily and a larger cat could fit through the hole too. Both our 10lb cats could comfortably cuddle up in the condo with some extra space (but they aren't cuddly with each other). Assembly: 1) attach the three posts with spacer bolts to the bottom of condo. 2) attach the base to the three spacer posts 3) attach the fourth post with spacer bolt to hammock 4) attach post (without spacer bolt) to top of condo 5) attach fourth post to top of condo 6) insert thread rod to post without spacer bolt 7) attach post with spacer bolt to top of hammock 8) attach platform to top of post with spacer bolt

Cover the screws on the bottom!
The first time I ordered, I received the cat tree without any parts/screws. I returned it, and replacement came the next day. Upon opening the second one, I was pleased to find tools, but the instructions were for the wrong cat tree. So I had to look up the instructions online. As you can, the pieces don’t exactly align together in the picture. I made sure I had all the pieces correctly put on there, and still ended up looking weird. Putting together: make sure that you buy or at least build this product on carpet or a rug. I ended up scratching my wood floors trying to move the product around when putting it together. You may want to by some little coverings for the screws because they are visible on the bottom and will scratch the wood floors. Sturdiness: The tree seems to be stable enough with my cat jumping off of it. My cat loves the little perch, and like to sit in there. My cat is 11lbs and it fits him perfectly; I love how the sides come up making him completely enclosed without him falling out. Overall, I’m not exactly pleased how it turned out together, but my cat doesn’t seem to mind.

Broke after 2 months
I specifically bought this cat tree to replace a previous one that finally broke after 4 years. This one broke in 2 months. It seems like it needs 3 supports instead of just two. I tightened and read tightened the screws about once a week for the first month and it never seemed to be any more sturdy. Came out to my living room this morning and noticed it completely came apart so I now the wood is wrecked underneath so I tightening won't do anything. My larger cat never even went on this tree because it moved so much when he tried to jump on it. Even my little grey cat also knocked it over and probably would if it wasn't against a wall. I liked the look of the tree and specifically the pouch near the top since that's what my last cat tree had. Definitely disappointed.

Sturdy and cats love
Sturdy and cats love. Fur looks a little scruffy and dingy, thought it would be a little fluffier than how it turned out. Still very happy with it though.

My cat loves it!
This cat tree is sturdy, soft, and my cat uses every part. He adores the hammock. This is the 2nd one I’ve bought as the first snapped after many years of abuse. Had I thought to Retighten the screws inside the cubby I know it would still be together. I highly recommend it. Oh, and he’s a BIG cat! 17 lbs.
