Love the boot but.........

My son loves this boot but this boot is not a 6M. We received a 6 Wide and after speaking with the manufacturer, this lime green boot is not available in a medium width. However, they did tell me that they are not much wider than a standard width so a really thick sock or two might take up the extra width. My son loves this boot and even though it is a little too wide for his narrow feet, he wants to keep it. It is well made and one of the nicest looking snow boots available so we decided to keep it. There are also many great colors available!!!!!! I would prefer that the boot fit better but my son loves it so we'll try the thicker sock and hope that is works. The manufacturers sizing is perfect and the only reason this boot is too wide for son is because it is not the 6M that we ordered, it is a 6W. We actually ordered a second pair in 6 wide red/black for my other son who needs a wide shoe and they fit perfectly. If the boot holds up through a long New England winter, we will definitely purchase these again.

Great boots BUT.....

Great boots BUT something to note is that you CAN NOT remove the liner to dry. I purchased these boots for my son for a ski trip. The first night he wore them he got snow in the boots and they were wet the rest of the trip and he couldn't wear them. We just returned and the only thing that I could think to do was to fill the boots with rice to try and dry them out and put them outdoors. The look and fit were great but not being able to pull the liner to dry is disappointing. We live south and won't need the boots regularly but if I lived in a colder climate I would consider returning these boots.

Easy to put on

No problems with the fit or the support. Have not had them long enough to rate them on durability. Will be checking with the owner of them from time to time but so far so good. Like most of these types of boots the sole is pretty stiff and probably takes time to soften.

Last pair ate the girl's foot

A hole developed in the liner and it took 1/2 hour to remove the boot. from the child's foot. That's a bit of a bummer. Also Tundra has no return address or complaint address. I do like the boot because the kids can put them o themselves and they are warm and dry.

Ordered this for my son that wears a Size 2, he has a wide foot and likes his toes to be able to move freely -- these are great for him, ordered a size 3 and he has plenty of room.. Stayed dry through a snow fort, a snow man, sledding and a snow ball fight- two hours of outdoor play! They are sturdy and look like they will last to see my younger sons!
