nice prop for fishing mercruiser 350
I like this prop simply for long distance fishing trips, tried 17 19 over the years and this just keeps the rpms nice and low. Takes very little more to get on plane but i can cruise at 25-28mph easily around 2500 rpm. Very happy..

Great performing propeller
I have owned my current boat for over ten years. Throughout all the time I have complained to my dealer about the poor performance of the boat. First i added a backplate which was to be the answer to my problems....NOT. then we moved the motor up and down looking for the sweet spot....never found it. Take plugs out of the prop and then put them back in. Then try another pitch propeller didn't work. so I finally did some research on propellers and from reading and what others have done and suggested I decided I needed a 21pitch 4 blade not a 24 pitch 3 blade. I ordered this Turning Point propeller with less that usual enthusiasm as nothing has worked in ten years.....WOW did I get a surprise. the difference in hole shot was instantaneous !!! It jumped out of the hole. riding along another thing I noticed on my old prop at any level of rpm the boat ran less mph ex: 4300 rpm netted 38 mpg. With this Turning Point if I run it at 4200 rpm the boat gps is 44.5 mph. No prop slip. I am extremely pleased with this product and it is a great value for such a precision made propeller. I was able to use my Mercury hub which was another plus.

Great prop, is a RIGHT rotation though
First of all this is a RIGHT rotation prop. The description has been wrong for years stating that it is a left rotation. I verified the part number with Turning Point before buying and it is definitely a right rotation. With that said, this is a phenomenal prop. I have a 21' bowrider with a 5.7 Mercruiser and using this prop my hole shot improved and I gained 6 mph on the top end over a 3 blade, 23p aluminum prop. I am a believer in stainless steel and 4 blade props over aluminum and 3 blades.

Horrible design
Purchased this as a replacement for a 3-blade Suzuki brand in an effort to get more stern lift and reduce rpm’s (was hitting rev limiter). Had borrowed a REV 4 to try out but they’re very expensive so I Found this one with same dimensions and much lower cost so I went for it. Put it on the boat and LOST 15% mph and 500 rpm’s, compared to the same spec REV 4. I wouldn’t even buy this prop again as a spare… Do yourself a favor and just spend the money on a name brand, proven design.

Works great!!!
Perfect fit for my FourWinn Horizon with 4.3 engine. Smooth operation at low or high speed, no vibration. Slight speed increase.

Don’t believe every thing you read. Response and performance are more like a 3 blade.
Quality seems good did not get the response that I felt they advertised. Would ha be sent it back but had it to long before testing.
