Product was even better than I hoped for.

I’d been trying to find a jelly roll pan for over a week and had almost given up. Then I saw and ordered this one. When it arrived it had wonderful features: it was heavy duty with a ribbed bottom, nonstick surface with an excellent cover/carrying case. The size was perfect. Oh, I was finally able to make the delicious “Texas Sheet-cake”!

The lid ruins the cake!

This is a really nice, very sturdy pan. However, the lid is terrible. It smashes down the whole outer edge of the cake. I was even careful to keep the icing well off of the rim of the pan. However, I can't control how the cake spreads out in the pan. (I baked a sheet cake - it did not rise up over the rim.) When I went to put the lid on, it totally smashed the edge of the cake. In fact, it got so smashed in there, I couldn't even close the clamps of the lid onto the pan. That's really the whole reason I paid WAY too much for a little jelly roll pan - so that I could put a lid on it for travel. But now it's worthless. I'm returning it.

Lid is not sturdy, pan is lovely

I really like this brand and I own many items from them. My lid came broken. I have no way to contact them. I will enjoy the pan itself but I needed a lidded pan for putting my baked goods on the table and keep flies off of them. It is rainy season here and we have more than the usual amount of flies. The box was not harmed so I suspect it was shipped to me broken. I wish I could talk to someone and get my lid replaced. This was forwarded to me in another country so it cannot be returned. Unfortunate

Not a jelly roll size pan!

This pan itself is awesome but very small I wanted a true jelly roll size pan and this is not it. I also regret spending more to get the cover… the cover is not air tight. There are open holes where the handle connects. Would prefer cover with no handle.

Worth the price!

I own a small bakery where I make a lot of custom items. USA pan has become my favorite in bakeware because it is easy to clean, produces a quality product and it’s make in the USA! Worth a bit more for the quality they provide.

Very sturdy, check pan dimensions

This is my new favorite pan. It is really sturdy and easy to clean. I wish I would have paid close attention to the size, it was smaller than I expected. That being said I still really love this pan.
