Drawer slide bent

The nightstand is sturdy & fairly heavy for this price. The handles provided are a joke. They are tin(?) and super cheap. They also don't fit the modern aesthetic of the piece. We ditched them. The instructions are super basic and not easy to follow on how to place the drawer slides. The rest is pretty self-explanatory. One of the slides were bent making the drawer not fit, we were able to bend it with pliers.

Wrong Parts, not well done instructions. Instructions are rushed, and skips important info.

Table looks really nice so far. My order had the wrong metal frames which holds the whole thing together. Working on getting this resolved. So far response to the wrong part was received within a few hours. Will see what the replace process is. Due to it being the frame having the wrong holes, it wasn't caught until nearly done. So hopefully it will be quickly replaced. Instructions need work. First 3 steps ask for you to add in the sliders so the drawers so it can open/close....but 5th step makes you aware that you actually needed to take them apart, and only attach a part of it. Which wasn't obvious as the slider was packaged together hooked-up. So I ened up placing it on the wrong side, and had to remove them and re-do a portion of it. The Metal frame also had random metal pieces stuck in it, so you hear them moving around while moving the frame. Isn't a problem yet, but just seems like it's rushed and not well made. They include a small screwdriver which was nice, but it only works for a few of the parts. Had a screwdriver that worked for the rest, but I don't see why they added this screw driver for the smaller bits, but not for the larger ones.

Perfect sized and quality nightstand!

Took exactly 2 hours to finish it as it came in pieced but it was worth the effort. The quality of the wood is very good and they are quite heavy as well. Had to be very careful while assembling the whole thing. Looks good on the my new bed side and had been utilizing it quite often.

Horrible experience with due to defects, damage, and the poorest customer service I have ever seen.

Once upon a time... To all those whom it may concern, this is my very first review. And now for the story. After waiting two weeks for the nightstand, I opened the box only to find the first part damaged (shown in photo). The parts were not packaged as well as they could have been to prevent this. One of the screws (shown in photo) was defective, in that it was missing threads. Thus, I preceded to contact customer service. After sending an email and resending the email the next day, I received a reply after about 48 hours. It included precisely what I needed (part numbers and nomenclature with clear photos). They responded with saying they would send the part and apologized for the inconvenience. Notice I only mentioned part. Yes, they apparently ignored half of my request, and the part they were sending was not even the one I asked for. So I sent another email clarifying what I needed, and the only thing they said was that they would give me the tracking number once the item was shipped. After waiting weeks, exactly as was expected, I received the wrong part. Email after email was sent and received (almost twenty) and every response commenced and concluded with a pretyped "sorry for the inconvenience" and was entirely incorrect in addressing what I actually said. It was as if the person chose to only read part of the email or ignore it completely, responding with whatever problem they felt like addressing, a problem that as previously stated I didn't even mention. I'm guessing the costumer service rep/reps don't know much english or just absolutely suck. I did finally receive one of the correct parts after waiting for a month since the original request, but alas, it too was damaged, though relatively minor (shown in photo). It still really pissed me off though after all of that wasted time and frustration. The assembly was pretty straight forward, or so it seemed it would be, but getting everything to align with only two hands proved to be quite difficult. There was a lot of tightening, loosening, and readjusting to get everything just right or at least as just right as non precisely manufactured parts can be. They obviously were not concerned with detail. To end on a good note, the two positive comments I can make are that is proves to be quite sturdy and looks good as long as you are not as OCD as me about perfect alignment. If you choose to order one and it comes unflawed, you will only have to concern yourself with the tedious assembly, which could be borne as long as nothing is awry and customer service does not have to get involved. The end.

Beat an IKEA master

I have built most of the furniture in my house. I know my way around a DIY furniture build. For this monstrosity, I had to take a week in between building two of these to heal all the blisters on my hands. Do not attempt this without a power drill, you’ll sorely regret it. And even still, best of luck getting the drawers to line up correctly. 3 out of 4 drawers won’t properly close. An absolute nightmare.

不良品どころじゃない

全て組み立て。わけのわからない海外から、ボロボロの段ボールで届き、開封すると部品も全てゴミだらけで汚い。組み立てるのもかなりの労力なのに、説明書通りに組み立てても引き出しは閉まらない、しまっても引き出しが奥まで閉まりすぎて棚本体とズレてる。ネジは粗悪で一度閉めるとネジ穴がバカになるので緩められない。しめた後すぐ折れるものもある。こんなに酷い目に遭ったのは初めてです。家を散々汚しただけのゴミでした。もちろん返品しました。
