Update: Spring on button cap for battery contact came loose, low vibration, don't buy it.

Update: I Received a replacement from the vendor at no cost with no trouble and promptly. The replacement vibrator is strong and works fine. The spring in the cap looks like it is securely soldered to the board and should hold up. If they all come this way I would recommend it. Earlier: I installed the battery and tried the bullet and it doesn't have a lot of vibration as I have had with some smaller bullets. It also stopped staying on without holding the button in. I checked the battery and connections and found the spring in the cap broke loose from the power button cap. Big disappointment I wouldn't buy it if I were you, I got 2 minutes out of it.

Also, it's super efficient with batteries and seems well-constructed. It doesn't have that sticky feel cheap silicone can have, either.

Simple, uses AAA which are easily on hand, but 1-power level does not work for everyone

Do yourself a favor and buy something with an adjustable power level. Not everyone want something so high frequency and intense all the time.

Worked for about 10 minutes

This item is useless. It worked for about 10 minutes and then died. I put a brand new battery in, and it did nothing. Then I discovered that this item is not eligible for return, which I didn't know when I purchased it. Do not buy this item. Like others have pointed out, you are better off buying a slightly more expensive item that actually works.
