Perfect gift

I bought this VB bag before Christmas to gift it to my Mom for her to use during the holiday season. Her and I both have several VB bags but this one just stole my heart. My Mom loves Scotty dogs so she was thrilled. As far as quilted bags go, I personally don't think there are any better than VB. The quilting in this bag is so soft, yet it has a sturdiness to it. The appliqued dog and the embroidered embellishments are so beautifully done. I have several VB bags, duffles, and a weekender set I believe is now around 15 or 16 years old. The prints are always so joyful, each one makes me smile. So it's nice to have these bags to interchange throughout the seasons, and knowing these are made to last. Can you find cheaper quilted bags, absolutely - but, you get what you pay for.

Black fabric collects lint…

I like this bag for several reasons: it has an outside compartment perfect for phone and keys, the inside is good size for my stuff and the handle is adjustable. I DON’T like: the handle doubles over to adjust and is annoying, the top folds over when sitting on a table and mostly the fabric! The black fabric is like Velcro to lint and threads and always looks old and dirty. Maybe another fabric would be better?

Great Size - Big enough to carry everything I want, Small enough not to look like an overnight bag

Love the tiny pocket on the outside for my work fob and keys. Good pocket inside for my reading glasses. Pockets for chapstick and other items that otherwise end up in the bottom of purses and are a pain to dig out. Bought a turnlock with RFID protection wallet that fits inside it. My cell phone fits inside the wallet, so I can easily take just my wallet, or my purse with my wallet in it. There is also a pocket on the inside that is a good fit for my phone. Saw review that said Amazon has better prices than Vera Bradley. I think Amazon prohibits manufacturers from selling at a lower price than shown on Amazon. Although these two items don't appear to be knockoffs, I also don't think Amazon makes much effort to ensure that products sold on this site are legit.
