a little tight in the front
A little tight in the front, I guess they will widen as you wear them. Comfortable height to use at work. I liked them. Regular shoe size.

Beautiful Loafer
The shoes are beautiful loafers. However I dislike the softness of the top of the shoe. They crease pretty easily and I haven't been able to remove them even with a shoe shaper.

Funky Block Heels
While most people think the toe area of a shoe gives it the most character (rounded, squared, pointy, etc.), I fancy myself a bit of a heel aficionado. My favorite style is the curved Louis heel that made a comeback in the late 1980s. And I've always coveted a pair of those funky Fluevog platforms popularized by Deee-Lite's Lady Miss Kier in the 1990s. The block heel on these Vince Camutos is absolutely massive. It extends almost all the way out to the arch of the foot. The heels definitely up the coolness factor on what would otherwise be just traditional mock croc loafers. The uppers are "real" patent leather (meaning they're made from actual cowhide coated with a shiny rubberized finish) and the rest of the shoes are synthetic. It's a bit preppy-ish with a hint of flash. I normally wear a size 8.5W, but if I'm unable to get a wide width I'll size up to 9M. When I saw the sharply pointed toes on these I worried they might be way too tight, but the toe extends far enough beyond the end of my foot so that the toe box fits reasonably comfortably around my bunions. I'd say these run mostly true to size, just a tad too narrow. If I ever get back to the office, these will be ideal to wear with my standard work uniform - a pair of slim trousers, tunic and cardigan. They're conservative enough for my white collar workplace with just a twist of modern style.

Spot on size. Hard shoe to wear.
I wear a size 7 medium shoe and these fit me just right in size 7. They fit but are a bit uncomfortable. It's like walking with a tool box on your foot. There is no cushion at all. I haven't been wearing this style shoe for a while so that's just me needing to get used to the thin soles. The material on these shoes is iridescent and sparkles with even the smallest amount of light. It's fantastic and really makes the shoe. It's still very elegant and not like a disco show, just a little bling. That material is a bit rough around the sides of the foot area where it goes around the heal. The fabric cut into my skin in a short time so I put on stockings. It was still pretty rough so I put silicone heal gels along both sides of the shoe right up to the edge where the rough saw edge of fabric was hurting me. Problem solved. The things we do for fashion. I love the look of these shoes. The heal is a bit bigger and makes for a great look along with the shiny material upper. .
