Awesome product!

Best turners out there, own several of these. Stiff enough to turn over products without disrupting the food. Highly encourage you to get one or more.

Durable, but far from perfect

These are very sturdy, but unfortunately they have zero flexibility, and the handle is hollowed out on the underside with sharp edges, which is extremely uncomfortable in my hand. Vollrath is an old and respected company for kitchen equipment, but they really blew it with these.

Great cooking tool

These spatulas are strong and work very well for pancake breakfasts. We flipped a bunch of pancakes for our Lions Club fundraiser.

16 months of use and is still in new condition.

Works great, long lasting and is made in the U.S.A. What more could you want? I bought mine 16 months ago and it is still in new condition. My family actually cooks meals and this gets used at least daily, if not multiple times a day. I looked up my order history in order to order a couple more of these because I am tired of choosing to either wash it or use one of our cheap spatulas (turners, flippers, whatever) with a chewed up ragged edge. What I love is that the tip is not chewed or burned up after 16 months of use. Seriously, it's still like brand new. This spatula is rigid. So if you want one that is floppy then choose another model. So if you want something that will last then this is the product!

I was skeptical, but this thing really does kick butt

Especially for the price, which is great even compared to the stuff you see at the big box stores. Going in, I had just two criteria by which to evaluate this turner: 1) It had to be rigid and sturdy, because with chicken especially for fajitas or maybe a pasta dish I like to cut the meat in the pan, with the turner, as I'm cooking it. That's just how I roll. So these floppy nylon turners you see everywhere nowadays -- not going to cut it, literally. Well, this turner gets an A+ here. Very, VERY rigid and sturdy. 2) It had to have good heat resistance, because a melted turner is not what anybody wants. Again, nice performance so far. I would say A-level and not A+ only because I haven't really pushed the envelope -- but so far so good.

Great Product!

This is the best spatula I could find on Amazon and I am sticking with it. My husband works in the plastics industry and really knows his stuff and he said it is extremely well made, (flash was perfect) and was impressed with it. I like it because it is very sturdy and it can withstand very high heat. I love cooking with it because the handle is very comfortable and very natural to use. I have worked in restaurants all my life, and I have used a lot of spatulas but this one is my favorite. And it's made in the U.S.A which I think is awesome!
