Great price!

Great shower head! And I took out the restriction filter a little white piece and a blue piece under it had to use a dental pick to get it out with a little effort. Ounce out you can clearly see how much better your water pressure will be! Jumped right in after installing never felt better!!!!

It works,even in a hotel room or the truck stop shower.

Many years ago, I bought this model, only it had a twelve inch flexible tube attached,and would fit almost any sized shower, except for the smaller fixtures, I would VERY MUCH LIKE TO SEE THAT MODEL RETURNED TO SALE'S, internet or retail.

Simply Wondeful

Absolutely wonderful shower, you'll have to gut it (remove filter and blue water regulator) and replace the filter with a 3/4 inch washer screen combination ($6) or similar product. The absolute best shower, strong and relaxing, I mean fantastic.

Best shower head EVER!

So glad that I found this! I’ve been carrying around my old one-same exact model-every time we move. It’s several years old now so I’m due for a new one. Thought they’d been discontinued(?) so I’m glad to find it again especially at such a low price. I take the low flow thing out & that makes it awesome. 5 stars for sure….

Works well

Works as it should. The "massage" features make the pipes in my house shake. It sounds insane to have any of the massage settings on. They are basically useless anyway. Pretty high pressure. Good value. Better than the old one we had. It is however very ugly! It is also longer than the old one and makes me have to crouch a bit to rinse hair. I assume that's from the "features" of changing spray types. I'd like this better if it just used the best spray and didn't have all the useless options. Everyone that has tried it ended up with the same choice at the end.

I have used multiple heads of this style over the years and think they are reliable and a good value. The flow restrictor can be removed by unscrewing it with a pair of pliers and quite firm initial force.

Very Good Value

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this fixed shower head to replace a Delta rainfall style shower head which only had 1 setting. I use a shower diverter so I can use either the fixed shower head or a handheld shower head. I snatched this item when Amazon had it on sale at 20% off, which was a pretty good deal. Overall, I prefer this 1.8 gpm version over the 2.5gpm, as I find the later had too way much water pressure and it was uncomfortable with the water spray blasting my skin. This version feels gentler yet effective. I have uploaded a comprehensive video demonstrating all 6 settings in real performance. Hopefully this would be helpful to people reading this review. Since I don’t really use the fixed shower head, I’m just keeping it installed as a placeholder. My daily driver would still be the handheld shower head. Final thoughts: for a fixed shower head, I think this model would be fine. The equivalent handheld version (SM-651E) would probably be too bulky & cumbersome to hold with one hand. For a placeholder under $20, I’d give it 5 stars.
