Thin material

Pretty curtains, but very thin. I hope they survive washing.

Beautiful color and pattern, BUT material is cheap and frays easily.

Although the color (deep crimson red) and pattern are both beautiful, the quality of the fabric is cheap and not the usual Waverly quality. The fabric is very thin (and if put on a window with full sun, appears to be pink--it's that thin), and a chintz-like material that FRAYS very easily. Mine was already starting to fray when I removed them from their packages (I bought 2 for 2 windows). The color and pattern are so lovely, it's too bad that a different fabric couldn't have been used instead of this shiny chintz-like material. So am sending these back. I ALSO ordered 2 sets of the "antique" color curtains, too, for other windows, but will have to return them, also, as soon as they arrive in my mailbox, since they're obviously the same material! Bummer...I really liked the look of these. :(

Nice material. Very English cottage looking. Finally, a cafe style kitchen curtain without smiling coffee cups and dancing bears! I put them in my kitchen but they could go anywhere.
