Can’t go wrong with weaver products

I’ve been buying weaver horse products for years. The quality is always good and the price is right. It’s hard to find quality small cinches for little barreled horses or pony's. I’m glad weaver makes them.

Good quality but the pony sized are not only narrower but also shorter in length.

The quality is great, it appears to be on par with Weaver's more expensive Smart Cinch. I've owned a larger 32" Smart Cinch for over 7 years and it gets used at least every weekend and still has plenty of life left. The reason for my 3 star rating is that one important detail wasn't in the ad details, the pony 26" girth is shorter in length and width than the 26" horse girth. See attached comparison pics of the 26" Smart Cinch (horse) vs the 26" Weaver Cinch (pony). I didn't measure what the difference was exactly, but it was enough that the pony version will not work for the 14.1 hand gaited mule it was purchased for.

Excellent quality for the price

The quality really surprised me - in a good way! Very cushioned neoprene that has a thick piece of Velcro to attach it to the cinch allows the neoprene to be removed for washing - love that feature!
